    Confession: I have an obsession with cookbooks. This might be my new favorite in the collection. Overall, I love the monthly approach and the seasonality of the recipes. The well thought out paring of spices with super fresh ingredients is easy enough for any kitchen. The only complaint would be in regards to the editing of the book. One recipe given for peanut butter chocolate cookies does not include chocolate anywhere in the ingredients or instructions. Also, the recipe given for summer grilled shrimp, avocado, and mango features a beautiful picture of the salad- but there appears to be grapefruit in place of the mango. This won't stop me from working my way through the book or exploring other cookbooks by the author.

    So many wonderful and delicious things, I think that I might have to go and buy this. As it is I made many copies of many recipes. Some stuff I noticed was duplicated from her Irish Kitchen cookbook. As a whole this was one of my favorites.
