There aren't very many panini recipes in this book, most of them are bread and condiment recipes. Also, the book is very meat heavy, and features very little variety for those on a restricted diet, e.g. vegan, gluten-free.

Very good paninis, but I need a press to make these things. I must remember to try the OpenFaced Blueberry and Creme Graiche Brioche sandwiches whenever I get my sandwich press.
