I think by the cover alone you can guess that this book aged like milk. It's definitely stuck in the 2000s, which is something that the art style may never leave. It's a thing of it's time, reminding me of Zach Bell in a lot of ways. You just can't go back and look at it or watch it and enjoy it quite the same cuz you noticed the style hasn't aged and kept up with the modern day.
Some art styles are just doomed to fade. This was one of them.
Reading this book, I felt like I was stuck in the 2000s and I needed to get back to my time. The nostalgic part of me loves it but knows that it's trash.
Amazing we survived Y2K just to go through an entire generation of weaves and furry content and end up here. Can't say I regret it though. History is wild.
