This is a follow-up to the previous book where the missing twin now no longer missing goes back to her hometown to get custody of her son who she gave her loving brother and his wife to raise. But her teenage son, now 15 has been getting into trouble ever since her brother and then his wife died. Back in town the heroine runs into her first love, the father of her child. Although this is a secret baby book, a storyline I abhor I liked how it progressed. As teenagers the heroine pretended to be her more popular twin and dated the hero, a lie that blew up in her face hurting them both. When she discovered she was pregnant she intended to keep her baby but her brother and his wife who were unable to conceive begged her to reconsider. When the heroine comes back into town and his life the hero finds it difficult to keep away from her. The author did a great job of convincing me of the h/H feelings and relationship; you could see the draw between them. Even Josh, her son was pretty great. Obviously the heroine again foolishly doesn't disclose the paternity immediately but everything is resolved really well.
