Dalton's Dilemma Reviews

Jack is a jewelry designer, and Lacey is an accountant, taking care of her nieces and nephew after a tragic accident involving her sister and brother-in-law. Thinking she will start a new tradition for the year, she decides to begin having adventures; enter Jack. I really enjoyed the idea that she is the one who has the strong faith, and Jack realizes that he wants what she has. This book shows the need to trust in the Lord, especially during circumstances we do not understand, but it is not too preachy. The reader is introduced to the concept of night terrors, and I think they are explained pretty well. There are quite a few characters in the book, but I think all of them are fleshed out enough that they enhance the story, not take away from it, including Jack's mother whom we do not meet until the end.

Wonderful book. Lacey kept her life organized and under control. Between working from home as a cpa and raising her nieces and nephew. Until she meets Jack Dalton. Then she learns the true meaning about letting the Lord have control.

Lacy and Jack--and Lacey's charges, her nieces and nephews--are charming characters, and the story is filled with love, fun, and faith.
