Written in Patois (pronounced pat-wa), the colloquial language of the Jamaican people, this book is my personal expression, interpretation and way of honoring our Jamaican athletes. Many of our athletes come from the inner cities or what you may know as ghettos and they are an inspiration to us all. As someone who is also from the inner city, I have written this book as my simple way of paying tribute to a class of people that helps to put Jamaica an its people on the map!

that was a very good read. I enjoyed it very much. it touched closed to home because I am jamaican and Jamaicans rarely get painted a pretty picture and it constantly passes me off but otherwise I deal and keep it moving.
