I read through this book to evaluate it for a Discovery Time science program. The information is good, easily digestible for younger groups of kids. It is appealing in terms of graphics as well. I would have given it a higher rating but the links provided at the end did not lead to extension activities that could be used to engage learners on the subject. At least not without paying. Oh well, my search continues.
