    Eh

In all honesty I thought the book was kind of cute. Sadly, I really was lost half of the time I was reading this book. There are no chapters and there are no clear breaks within this book. The fact that it was free made me want to read it. It was 45 pages. I found it to be really slow and places. There was this big tragedy that happened with our main character I'm not going to spoil it for you guys. But I feel like there was so much backstory that were missing. A lot of the story to really didn't make sense to me. So for these reasons I will not be continuing on with the series. There is so much potential within this book I feel if the author would have made it longer That would have been the better option. She could have really flush out the back story and built amazing characters and could have had an awesome story line a really strong story light in fact. Unfortunately this is going to be a no from me.

Wonderful twist on the tired bdsm trope (spoilerish)

I’ve become sick to death of the “I’m a billionaire so I must spank you” obsession in recent years. So why I decided to get this book is beyond me, but I’m glad I did.
The way this is written is marvelous it explains the why’s, in a way that’s believable it’s maybe 20% about the dom-ish stuff, and I didn’t roll my eyes once, and the rest is their romance.

I really loved this short book — wish it was made into a full length. Fabulous novella
