The Proxy Committee reported shares of private stock represented either in person or by proxy, casting 974 votes, and shares belonging to the State and casting 350 votes. The State's stock was represented by State's Proxy T. D. 'warren. This made a total of shares, casting votes.
On motion of T. D. Warren the temporary organization was made permanent. The report of President J. W. Grainger was read and approved. On motion of C. E. Foy the reading of the reports of the officers was dispensed with.
