4.5 Stars. Very "over the top insta love" with super sweet leads in Griffin and Talia. Talia is sheltered and innocent. Her first party is very much a disaster yet in the process meets Griffin. It's love at first sight for these two virgins but Griffin has accepted a job and leaves the next day. Their separation, though it contains enough angst to get your fill, is actually super cute. They get to experience a little of that residual spark and awareness with new love without yet confirming how the other feels. Talia has a heartbreaking background that adds some dimension to her character. Griffin is the popular guy with depth that often gets written off. I really enjoyed this short read and found myself smiling at the cheesy lines. If you are a fan of Alexa Riley, you will love this book :) Safety: No others for the smitten virgins. No rape. Yes to emotional abuse.

This was me reading this book...
In a romance book, I generally like my hero & heroine to spend more than 5 minutes in each others presence. This couple spent 90% of the book on opposite sides of the ocean.
I was bored out of my skull... -
5 PERFECTLY IMPERFECT STARS
I ADORED THE HELL OUT OF THIS ONE!
This book was just an amazing story of perfectly imperfect first love, which started with a kiss and grew into a long distance relationship. Via emails, letters and phone calls.
A real modern day relationship!
The whole story...
Talia is our heroine who has just turned 18 and is a sweet innocent. A complete homeschooled angel who has so many insecurities about her plus size figure.
When the state forces her to attend public school to receive her GED, she is pushed into modern day society.
She was subjected to ridicule and hate from the other girls in school after she sang like an angel at a school function. They take pictures of her and rip her clothes.
She is humiliated!
But she keeps her spirits up and refuses to let HATE into her heart.
She needs to go home!
She runs off and finds herself in the arms of our worthy hero Griffin.
Griffin, who spotted her at the party before, feels the strong pulling power of her innocent appeal.
For him, she is his Wildflower, he thinks:
"If you were mine, I’d tell you every day how perfect you are, just exactly the way you are.”
He wants the chance to be with her but her controlling father, who fear she will end up like his first daughter (a sad backstory here), takes her away the following day.
Griffin, who is under contact with the DOD (department of defense), has to leave that day for Europe.
However, he can't forget his Wildflower Talia.
"....I need her. I’m on fire. Her long hair and those innocent, frightened, golden-green eyes lit when she’d turned into the moonlight have me aching".
Talia is having the same problem herself. She wants him and she wants to be able to live her life without fears and restrictions. She is finally allowed to live on her own as her mother gives her the means to return to her home town.
Now if only Griffin would return to claim his sweet wildflower, then their lives would be PERFECT.
On a more personal note, I thought the author did a superb portrayal of the real life struggles of most plus size teens. With all the drama and hate that a teen may face when they don't fit the norms set by society.
BRAVO!
Now I am hoping we get a spin off story from this one by Dani Wyatt. Maybe the story of Rodrick and Katie. I would love that!!!
Worth a read and a reread with an EPIC EPILOGUE 10 years later.
Safety: it's perfect without any cheating they are both virgins and there is some mild OW drama when the hero comes back to town to claim his Wildflower! -
IT'S LIVE!!!
5 'Sugary sweet and Smutty' Stars
PERFECT!!!!
Yes, that’s the title, but it’s also the best word to describe this book through my eyes! Absolutely PERFECT!
Perfect hero, everything we look for and crave in romance; Perfect heroine, strong, but with an irresistible fragility/vulnerability; perfect setting/plot-line, and perfect development of their relationship, with slow burn, pure sweetness and bombastic chemistry and sexual attraction. Like I said… Perfect!!!
Doesn’t matter, I don’t need oxygen, I need her.
And like it wasn’t already at the max of its potentially, add that they are both waiting for that special person, their one to have their first sexual experience… Wow! Guaranteed win in my mind! ;)
For me there are no other women and there never will be.
Perfect doesn’t exactly follow Dani Wyatt usual style, because her sweet/loving elements are taken her to a whole level, in place of the normal ratio of sex scenes, but for me that added a completely new and refreshing dimension to their story!! Their back and forth while apart, via mail or phone was absolutely delicious. And worry not, because there’s still plenty of explosive smutty moments to fulfill our pervy cravings!!! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
That second set of emails may just make me certifiable, or an erotica author, but my dick has a voice too. Because he was just as gone over her as my brain and my heart.
She does this little bunny hop and I don’t miss how her full tits bounce and move with her making my dick drip cum into my pants. I am fairly sure, I could watch that little move for the rest of my life and never, ever get tired of it.

Ridiculously sweet and sticky as molasses!!! Perfect by Dani Wyatt is your happily ever after virgin romances where two strangers who just met instantly knew it was love. If you are a fan of innocent, virgin romance trope that are cute and sweet then I have found the perfect light read for you.
Since this book is not that long, I won’t spoil it for the readers. All you need to know is that you have a sheltered home schooled plus size virgin who meets a boy that knocks her world upside down. And this young man happens to be one of the popular kids in town who is highly intelligent. Griffin Stanford could get any woman he wants but he’s saving his virginity for that one person and this person happens to be Talia Fieldings, a very innocent and sheltered woman. So what happens when a 24 year old male virgin claims his perfect woman? Well, of course you get the perfect sweet happily ever after of course. You just need to read the book in order to get the smutty and sexy scenes as two virgins discover orgasmic bliss.
So if you are looking for a very light and over the top sweet romance to brighten up your day then I suggest you give Perfect by Dani Wyatt a try.

This book was PERFECT!!! I absolutely loved this, both the hero and h were awesome. I fucking loved Griffin, loved the way he loved the h. He was so sweet but also very alpha which I loved ! I really liked Casey as well, I loved she didn't push the hero away especially considering they way she grew up! We get TWO virgins in this and anyone who knows me knows I LOVE virgin heroes I'm not sure why it's just my thing but it's even better when both are virgins. So yeah this was a hot book, super steamy sex scenes with a hot as hell hero who is OTT crazy in love with his Wildflower :)

Sexy, sweet and hot! It was OTT cheesy goodness and I adored it! It was just what I was in the mood for.
~dirty talking alpha man
~innocent shy heroine
~both virgins
~instalove
~steamy sex scenes - although the first almost half of the book, they are communicating via email and phone calls
~no pushing away
~no cheating whatsoever
~om drama - none
~ow drama - a girl who had a thing for Griffin tried to cause problems but did not succeed.
~great epilogue which waw 6 months, then 10 years out. Loved that!
~a couple great seconday characters that had potential future storylines set up (which would be great because then we may hear more from Griffin and Talia) -
So this book was awesome!
Griffin and Talia. The hot nerd and the shy nerd. The wolf and the dove. The virgin and the virgin.
Their meeting, their letters, their second meeting, their HEA.. all so sweet.
I really enjoyed Griffin's devotion to Talia, and her innocence.
I wished this was longer. Didn't want it to end! I wanted to see them as adults.
Also excited about Katie and Roderick, as well as Amanda and Derrick.
This book was a four star until the second epilogue and church ritual. That sold me *evil snicker*
Safe read
4.5/5 -
> I like this one -- more so at the start than the end because it was really sweet.
> It has the whole "insta-love" aspect without it being "insta-short".
> Both of them are virgins; He's 24, she's 18. Completely safe.
> They meet one night, separate due to unforeseen circumstances, she contacts him (because he couldn't find/contact her - he's also super obsessed since he's left), and they start a LDR before they both move back to their home town.
“And just so I’m clear, when I said it’s a bit lonely here, I want you to know I don’t date here. I don’t go out much at all. I’m a runner, so I run a lot to keep myself in shape and my mind clear. And you? What do you do for fun? (That’s my pathetic attempt to find out if you are dating anyone. If you say yes, I can’t promise I won’t quit my job, fly home immediately and punch him in the nose)”
***
“But, during our phone call last night, for the first time, the conversation turned a corner and he ended up telling me some of the things he thinks about. Things he wants to do to me and it got steamy.
A lot steamy.
What do you like? I mean, when you touch yourself.
I don’t really know.
I can’t wait to help you find out. Let me tell you what I’d like to do...
Our very first phone call was about a week ago. He was so sweet and I was so nervous.”
I mean Talia probably needs to have more ambition, the antagonists in the book didn't suddenly need to be redeemed if I'm frank and I noticed one editing issue, but it was a cute and sexy read.
3.5 'cause I'm stingy. -
Wowza! So many bell ringing. So many that I am at loss what to talk of first.
Short recap- Two virgins meet under strange and depraved conditions at a completely weird house party. Guy sees girl, gets heart shaped saucer eyes, starts planning babies and the detailed process of making them with her. Girl is innocent, knows nada about most aspects of modern youngster life due to over-protective father. Yet gets tingly feelings and dreams of explicit scenes about hero. After some bumps in the road to their HEA, the two get together and begin romancing each other under the sheets, forever and ever and ever...
I am going to point out the positives in this book first.
Heroine that is not a stick figure. And the way, the author does an honest job of focusing more on how hot she is to her lover than how great her weight is. If authors are stuck up on justifying someone's "normal" figure, then they are clearly not okay with it. Dani Wyatt truly believes in her heroine's beauty and it makes the reader believe in her story more.
The heroine doesn't write off her father as soon as she's free of him and in her lover's arms. She recognizes her father's faults but also reminisces his over protective love. I appreciated this because i don't get how can a person denounce someone so easily when they have spent all of their childhood with him or her? Good job Dani.
Here goes the list what irked me. And mind you, these were seriously troubling.
First of all, the first scene itself. Public sex-Not a big fan. Thankfully it did not involve the hero or the heroine. That would have just done it for me.
Second of all, the weird immediate obsession that the hero develops with the heroine. It's downright scary. It's projected as typically alpha male behaviour but it's not. Absolutely not.
That brings me to the alpha man behaviour. This alpha man spouts more cheese and corn than one's ability to digest. I don't mean that man is incapable of being cheesy, but when you're going for alpha, stick with alpha. -
4.5 stars.

~5~ Perfect stars from me!!
Another sweet and beautiful story with not one but two happily ever after epilogues from Dani Wyatt, there is also a big surprise in the story.... they are both virgins (so sweet!!)
We talk about insta-love/lust with hot scenes, enjoyable, sugary dialogues with a very sweet and emotional background story. Griffin is the perfect dream man, he found his one and he did some pretty sweet things (can't say) i totally loved his character, Talia is an adorable angel with a heart of a lion which was a very interesting combination for an heroine, they are such a cute couple, it's impossible not to love these two peaches!!
It has a steady pace and that fills you with anticipation cause certainly you want more and more from them i always enjoy this kind of stories so I certainly recommend it and i hope that you're gonna love it as much as a i did! Can't wait to read the next story the author will create!!

every now and then we crave one of those cheesy insta love over the top ridiculous reads with an extra side of smut. crave them. i do. no shame there. i have read a couple of dani's books before and have enjoyed them but i can't say this will be one of them. it was way too much cheese for me and the heroine was such a pushover. it was okay and super quick but 2 stars compared to the previous book i liked by the author, sorry.
-
I am not a fan of insta love unless it is done in a way to get me to really believe it. It didnt work for me in this case...

Perfect wouldn't be a word I would use to describe this novel but it was quite entertaining.
She was perfect in his eyes. From the very first moment he put his eyes on her, he knew she's going to be his. By fate they're separated but will they be able to find each other again?
This read was sweet, short and at times quite boring if I could be honest with you. It's a type of a contemporary read where drama and character's feelings are main sources of action and real events are quite mundane. It doesn't particularly makes it a bad entertainment but just be ready for a slow burn of pages between your fingers.
I had slight issues if it comes to the 'hotter scenes'. At some times I felt it was author's first attempt to write a scene like that and I felt kind of uncomfortable reading it. These moments are natural and very welcomed, especially in the romance field that I love so much, but I actually found myself flipping the pages instead of enjoying them. This might be a reason why I only decided on 3 stars. Loved the personalities in this book, just not their intimate interactions.
Overall, I believe hard work will pay off and I will read more of this author, just to see the progress happening. Dani Wyatt , here I come for more! -

Blurb:
Homeschooled and under the stifling grip of an overprotective father, Talia Fielding’s life is pretty miserable. Playing her beloved ukulele and writing songs is as close as she comes to having fun. But that all changes on the night of her eighteenth birthday. She’s invited to her first party where she learns two things: girls can be very, very mean and Griffin Stanford kisses better than any fantasy she’s ever had.
To most of his friends, Griffin Stanford is the handsome football star. However, under those good looks lies the heart of a geek. His passion for numbers has ensured him a life changing job straight out of college. The contract he’s signed has him boarding a plane to halfway around the world the morning after he meets the girl of his dreams.
The obsessive draw Griffin feels toward Talia has him questioning his life’s choices. One night, one kiss and Griffin knows this may be his one and only chance to capture the perfect girl... How can he stop her from slipping through his fingers when the world seems determined to keep these two virgins apart? -
This book was 'perfect' reading escapism for me. Predictable, insta-love between two inexperienced virgins.
Talia has lived a very sheltered life with her parents. Her father has been instrumental in keeping her away from modern society and technology. He has some pretty warped ideals of the world that he has drilled into his daughter. However in her last year of home schooling she has to complete some classes at a state school. This really opens her eyes and other people her own age into her life. This is when she meets Griffin.
Griffin is at yet another boring party, full of drunks girls trying to get him to show interest in them and his jock mates taking advantage of their willingness to hook up. Then he sees Talia, just like in the movies, their eyes meet across a crowded room. He does eventually get to talk to her and then the next day she pretty much disappears from the town.
Their lives go on different paths until they one day connect again. Griffin has never forgotten the beautiful girl he met that night and he is determined to make her his, forever. Talia has day dreamed about the gorgeous guy who made her blush that night and wonders if it was all just a dream. Why would someone like him be interested in her?
Talia's world is about to be flipped on it's axis and I felt like I needed to smoke a cigarette after reading this book! Yup, there is an insane amount of sex happening, never ending orgasms, out of control libidos and Griffin had a constant erection. As I said, great escapism. -

Sometimes after a long day you just want to go home and read a hot alpha who takes control and knows what he wants and this is just it.
Griffin is at a going away party, he just got out of college and is going to be doing big things. He has a contract signed just and everything ready to help his parents out with money who are struggling because the mother is sick and hospital bills are piling up. At the party he notices a beautiful girl and at that moment he knows he wants her but loses her went she walks away with his best friend's step-sister. He soon goes looking for her and sees her but unfortunately Talia is the end of a bad joke by the step-sister. Griffin sees her sad eyes and goes on protective mode, which is sweet because Talia has been kept away from the world her parents kept her at home and she is now discovering things. When Talia dad is there to pick her up, griffin is sad because he is leaving however before she leaves he gives her his number and email. 3 months past and no word she just disappeared. When they soon come into contact Griffin does what he can to make her his. The communicating between these two are sweet and griffins protective of her, but with some misunderstand they still are able to get past it and learn to trust, love, and be happy
Short story of a guy who does his best to protect his wildflower even from miles away. -
Talia Fielding has always been secluded, her father's belief that the outside world will do nothing but corrupt her. As a senior though the state intervenes and sends her to public school, one bad moment though ruins everything and sheis sent away. The only bright spot was being protected by Griffin Stanford.
Griffin has been interested in the college girls, in fact although some are attractive none have peaked his interest. Griffin figured when he found the one he would know and he does, Talia is the woman who is going to be his. When she disappears however, he worries he will never see her again, until he gets an email that is a game changer.
This was fun, it was perfect for what I was looking for. I wanted a quickly placed romance and this fit the bill, especially with an alpha male hero. I liked Talia, you felt like all the new things she tried were spot on and could feel the excitement. Worth picking up. -

I loved loved loved this book.
Griffin was like the BEST Ever Hero. I mean sweet, loving, sexy, alpha. AAH where can I find one...lol
I loved the romance story of this book. Talia and Griffin meeting was so sweet and the way he took care of her!
No over the top drama! Just two people and falling in love. -
Omg Griffin was so sweet and lovable, I adored him so much he was perfect for Talia! He was just what she needed in her life. This was such a great story with some emotion in it. My heart broke for Talia to see how her life was and to see her break free from it and get the life she deserves was amazing. If you want a safe read with an adorable couple this is definitely the story for you.

If you're looking for a book with insta-love , virgin H and h, sweet H, and happily-ever-after, try this.

I absolutely loved this book. It was very dirty and extremely sexy. Love at first site and all that mushy stuff. It flowed fast and I couldn't put it down.
-
Griffin and Tali meet at a house party neither of them really fit in there after a really bad night Griffin is there to make Talia feel a little bit better. The two hit it off straight away but unfortunately Griffin has to leave the next day. I few months later Griffin gets a email from Talia about how much she has been thinking about that night and how special it was to her.
Talia is all Griffin can think about, how he wants to protect her and be the only one to make her smile. They start this online relationship and email each other for weeks, slowly getting to know her.
This is a sweet short read full of sexy steamy scenes and a cute insta love couple.

I love the story put forth by Dani Wyatt. It is sweet and juicy and has the innocent virgin heroine with the alpha male hero. If you like books like that, then this is the book for you. I don’t want to give too much away but the heroine Talia Fieldings, is a voluptuous shaped beauty who has been homeschooled and is now starting to attend real school . She meets the hero Griffin Stanford, and that is when her life changes. He is 24 she is a bit younger and its an insta love connection. Griffin was waiting for that perfect woman and when he met Talia, she was it for him. Problem is, he is supposed to start a new job overseas? What does he do? It’s a story of two strangers who meet and click and how love can never be denied and the twists and turns that come out of that meeting. The passion and chemistry is fantastic and the plot is beautiful and romantic. I loved the background on the characters, it came across as very believable. Griff is a true book boyfriend who I adored and Talia is one strong woman after all she faced. These MC are so multi dimensional in this story which adds to the storyline ; also there were some supporting characters written about that I believe could have their own stories written in later books which would be great.
My rating: 4.5 stars ****

I have just read the most perfect story. It’s actually as close to a perfect modern fairy tale as I can think of right now.
But be warned, there is nothing innocent about this perfect story. It is smoking hot. I’m quite sure my Kindle melted a little bit inside as I was reading and to be quite honest, I did move around a lot, in my chair and I will not deny that I perhaps moaned a little bit too.
Perfect is the story about two young people meeting for only a very short time, but in that time they both know that they have met their soulmate. After months apart, they meet again, and the choir of angels begins to sing and everything is just perfect.
Dani Wyatt is a perfect goddess when it comes to writing love scenes; she must be Venus, Aphrodite, and Freyja reincarnated. I worship her. I lay flowers at her altar, in the hope that she will write some more.
Thanks to the author for this perfect advanced copy
