This series is a bit like a soap opera as the underlying stories carry from book to book and the Mike vs Norman story line is getting a little old. I don’t care for Mike’s character and think that the only thing he has going for him is his looks because he has no depth beyond that. I think I get mad at him and like him less after every scene in which he makes an appearance. I am definitely on team Norman and it seems he is better looking in my imagination than he is in Hannah’s world. All that being said, this was a good mystery and interesting outcome. I had some things figured out but was guessing pretty much up until the end. This is NOT one you want to read out of order. These books are definitely made to be read in order. I am on to the next book in the series but may need to take a break from the series for a bit if the Mike vs Norman things doesn’t get resolved.
