Her callous emotions are the influence behind her control of the weather-which all comes in handy as a resolution with the assistance of a very powerful Mage. Raine is a very sassy witch, and she’s not afraid to display it. Blonde hair, sapphire eyes, cute pair of tits and did I mention she can manipulate the weather? She’s adorable, great sense of humor, but she is scared to death. She’s in so much trouble and in mortal danger. To solve the conflict, she locates the professor and pleads for his help. This does not make him ecstatic however, he senses something about her that decidedly interests him. She must submit herself to him. She must become, his. He’s the only person who can save her and help her with this big freakin mess. Sebastian is a very dominant mage, and he fully intends to tame this brat. He’s solemn, intelligent, powerful but underneath it all, Raine can sense that he’s hiding a dark past within himself. He’s also protective, sweet and sometimes, he’s a little mischievous. As the days pass, he can’t deny this white-hot passion between them. He admires her spirit and her body that he longs to possess. However, if this whole Dom and Sub relationship agreement is going to work, they need to open their hearts, entirely. He’ll do anything to keep her. New Witches, new Demons. More domination, more kink. More sex. A prophesy that frights the hell out of any witch alive makes this story a journey full of action, comedy, supernatural romance and BDSM that is bound to make you grin (or nibble your lip. Have sexy time with your companion. Do the dab. Who knows.) Will Raine and Sebastian be able to stop the prophesy from coming true? Or are they already too late? If you like your paranormal books hot and steamy, this is the book for you.

    5 amazing stars

This is my second book by Laurell Emily Grey, the first being the introduction to the series, and i absolutely loved the second instalment since she has such a way of mixing paranormal, erotic and BDSM so that it's attractive. Through her paranormal aspects, we get a story that is full of action and many magical aspects that you get sucked in this new world. Through her erotic and BDSM aspects, you get a whole new story that you just can't get enough of while your blood boils in a very good way.

    4.5 sexy dreams

We met Raine previously after her drunken spell took a nasty turn - demons showing up instead of the men the three witches thought would present themselves and revealing their future mates. Raine is the bratty, sassed mouth girl that you wish you could be, riding her own emotional train that draws you in while Sebastian is the wounded Dom that is more than able to handle he hot blooded witch. Together these two were fascinating and thrilling, their destiny an adventure I was more than pleased to follow. I can't wait to keep reading this series to find out what's to happen to these girls' destinies.

Who is Raine? Why is she knocking on the door of Professor Sebastian Miller for the 7th day in a row? Who is he? What does she need his help with? Oh my, Sebastian is definitely more than I expected! Raine's comment about Sebastian being an 'Old Hermit Crab' was funny as all get out. What is after Raine and why? If you have not read book one, then I would recommend doing so in order to have the background of what happened and why this creature is after her. What and where is Morath and why do Sebastian and Raine go there? What happens with the Council and Raine when Sebastian takes her there? What is this Prophecy they speak of? When Laura goes dark, what has happened? This book leaves on a bit of a cliff hanger, but it truly sets things up for the next book. I really enjoyed the erotic romance of this book as well as the suspense and thriller parts. It was unexpected.

I really enjoyed everything about this book. I loved the characters; I thought that they were funny, passionate, determined and smokin' hot. The story line progresses very nicely and was a joy to read. I read it all in one sitting and can't wait to start the next one.
This story follows the introductions and falling in love of Sebastian and Raine. Raine seeks out the legendary Warlock, Sebastian, to help with a demon problem that her and her friends unknowingly released. what they find with each other goes much further than master/apprentice though. Now the have to fight demons and the chemistry between them.
Ok so my only complaint with this book is that it is a novella length but with enough of a story line to make it into a full length novel. Since it was such a short story, I felt like their relationship and mission were rushed. I would love to know more of their backstories and buildup to the ending; this being said; it will definitely not stop me from reading the rest of the series.

This is the second book in the series of three witches who unknowingly release demons onto Earth set on killing all unmarked witches in order to destroy the world. Rainer finds herself looking for a old Wiccan author, Sebastian, to help her kill the demon after her. While they learn to work to train her the sparks fly (in and out of the bedroom) as this untrained weather witch and magi dom have to learn to control her emotions. I love this series as the author makes all the characters come alive, yes even the demons, and the environment so vivid. I can't wait for the next one where we learn the fate of the remaining witch and possibly an outcome that effects mankind as well.

A young, out of control witch & an older, dominant (hermit) mage .... what fun!
This 2nd book in a trilogy about 3 witches & a (drunk) spell gone very, very wrong is the best so far! Raine is so snarky & funny - I just loved her! And the dominant, reclusive professor mage, Sebastian, makes a perfect match for her flamboyant, independent self! .
There are plenty of twists n turns in this great quick read, as well as some hints of things to come. Lots of steamy D/s tones, as well a love story & plenty of action.
    A good solid, enjoyable read!

I loved Raine's sassyness. The spark between Rain and Sebastian is sexy, steamy, and highly entertaining. I love reading about bratty subs and sexy dom's and this is a really great one with its light heartedness. At times it does seem rushed, but it works for this story and should easily put a smile on your face and an awe in your heart.

    Different

It's different. Not exactly what I expected but it was good. Now I must move along to find out the rest of the story.
