All the damn feels!! I laughed, cried, yelled, and pouted! The characters from the Prick Series have been on such an emotional roller coaster and I absolutely love getting everyone's story. Can't wait for book 4!

Wow! This was definitely worth the wait. I was delighted when I found out this was coming out, I love this series and all the characters they are like family now!
This is Carrie's story, she has not had an easy life from the day her father dropped her off into care as a young girl. She finally thought and felt like she belonged when she found work at the pricks tattoo shop. Four years of belonging and feeling loved she walked away! She had her reasons but were they the wrong reasons?
This is another difficult time in Carrie's life and my heart ached so much for her, this is more than broken love, this is broken everything. I honestly can't wait for the next book as I'm kind of left on the edge of my seat here. I do hope there is a pre-order soon as I don't want to miss this for anything! -

Broken Love is the third book in The Prick series. To avoid confusion, you need to read the previous books in the series before starting this one.
From a very early age, Carrie Davenport has never felt loved or accepted. She has never felt what it's like to be a part of a loving and supportive family. That all changes the day she begins working at the "Two Pricks" tattoo shop. The people there embrace her with open arms and love her in a way she has never known. However, just as she lets her walls down and allows herself to feel comfortable, she is reminded of all those feelings of worthlessness. She makes the choice to leave town without so much as a goodbye . She does her best to move on, but sometimes the past just won't let you go.
Gah! This story took me on a roller coaster ride of emotions! Carrie is one of the strongest heroines I have ever had the pleasure of reading about! Her story was just as inspiring as it was heartbreaking! I will warn you-the book ends in one heck of a cliff hanger! I can't wait to see how this story plays out. I need the next book now! -
The Bi#*h is back! And she’s just as mean as I remember and pretty sure she’s going to make Carrie's life miserable this time around!
Carrie is broken and life hasn't been that kind. But you either let the bad things that happen to you destroy you or you meet life head on and take your life back!
Carrie has a long road ahead of her and will Paul final be apart of the life Carrie is so desperately trying to have!

This book broke me. I knew reading the first two that Carrie's book would be hard. I never thought it would be this hard to read. I can only hope that she finds her happy ending. If anyone deserves it, it is her.

Omg!!! This book was freaking amazing. It is filled with heartbreak, running from the past, and trying to move on. Sometimes though your past will not let you go. With previous characters and an ending that will leave you gutted, it is a definite must read. I am anxiously waiting on the next book.

Broken Love is the third book in The Prick Series, so while some people could try & read it as a standalone, I don't recommend it, as I read them all one after the other, and trust me, it's an experience to read Guided Love (Book 1), Weathered Love (Book 2), and then Broken Love, because several of Carrie's issues in this book come from the previous books. Anyway, let me get down from my soapbox & get on with it. While the previous books in the serious were filled with some angst, the title really fit this story, as it broke me emotionally. Carrie Davenport's life hasn't been what fairy tales are made of, in fact, she's known more of the lows, as the highs are more rare in her life. She's always felt like never belonged anywhere, until she got to the shop, Two Pricks. And just when she thinks that she finally belongs somewhere, and has something good in her life, she's reminded in a horrible way that she's not good enough/worthless, so she leaves town without saying goodbye. She tries to move on, but will she ever be able to let her past go? HOLY HELL this story took me for a painful ride, filled with heartbreaking moments, & leaky eyes! I'm still so upset at the things that happened to Carrie, because I fell in love with the strong, but stubborn girl who couldn't catch a break in life. And it didn't help that the talented Tracie Redmond, who wrote a heroine that has caught my heart that spanned through previous books, left me hangin in such a way with that cliffy either, so I'm sitting here obsessed, long after I put this story down! So guess what that means?! You guessed it! Ms. Redmond has landed herself on the list of authors trying to KILL ME DEAD, and will forevermore be hashtagged #EVILWHORE! I NEED NEED NEED to know what happens with Carrie's story like I need coffee in the morning, so it CANNOT come out soon enough for me! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

OMG I loved loved loved this....
I fell in love with this cast of characters in the first two books, some more than others and I was thrilled to see some Ma in this one too. This is written in such a way that we care about ALL the characters and want all their stories....every single one of them!!
This story focuses on Carrie and we get glimpses of her past as she deals with things in the here and now...and let me tell you this girl has not, nor does not have it easy. My heart was hurting so much for her by the end of this story. What she thinks about herself is painful and you will want to hug her and shake her at the same time. Someone I really enjoyed in this story.....Collins! Does the name ring a bell?!? Read this and find out who I'm talking about - it will time well spent.
Oh and Tracie - you better be working those fingers to the bone I need Mended Love ASAP! -
Broken Love
Never thought I would have empathy towards "Roni" or "Barbie Bitch". She had a rough life growing up and apparently never thought that messing with someone else's man was wrong. She shouldn't have treated Sam badly and there are no excuses. At least she showed she has a heart under that cold outer layer. Carrie is a whole mother story and if she would have listened to Paul, she would be with him. Happy to see Toni attempting to help her. Can't wait for the rest of Carrie and Roni's HEA. When can we expect the Mended story? -
5 BROKEN LOVE STARS!! Be still my heart! My heart is barely beating after reading this heartbreaking story. Tracie Redmond is a beautiful writer, she touches all your emotion buttons. Carrie has a story to tell you and you need to hear it. You do need to read this first two books in this series to understand what is going. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

This book is not what I expected as we don't get to see Carrie and Paul. We get complete focus on what Carrie is doing after she goes missing. I learned a lot about who Carrie is as a person and why she makes certain decisions. shockingly as well, I liked Roni in this book (shock and horror lol). This book has set us up for something monumental in the next book and I can't wait.

Love it! The whole Prick series has been a roller coaster for all emotions! I’ve cried a ton through the books but also had some really great laughs! These characters are family now and I can’t wait to find out what happens to Carrie in Mended Love! Come on Paul don’t be a douche! -
I absolutely loved this book. It takes true talent to bring the emotions from the characters to the readers. This book will leave you sitting on the edge of your seat.
