"Murder Will Out"
Whew! This was the spookiest one so far. Between all the killings, the backstabbin and those crawly little creatures... this will definitely make you look over your shoulder and make you sleep with the lights on. -
Six overall solid tales, that apparently originate from a crypt! Jokes aside, I don’t have much to say about this read; it’s short, fun, and nothing more. The stories only lack in their simplicity. Good nonetheless. Here’s my ratings:
Midnight Mess - 10/10
Voodoo Death - 8/10
The Trophy - 9/10
A Sucker for a Spider - 9/10
Mournin’ Ambrose - 8/10
The Thing from the Grave - 10/10
Overall: 8.5, a definitely recommend this if you wanna kill an hour. -

I enjoy Tales from the Crypt because of how they blend humor with horror. It lightens things up a bit. This was my first time to ever read one of these books. I enjoyed the twisted tales and frightful funnies but did find them a bit formulaic and predictable.
