We love this book. I as a parent especially do as it helps me speak to my daughter about her feelings. Diverse German books also are hard to find which is why I like this one and why I wanted to publish my book in German too. This book is one of our favourites. It is a little too long to finish in the evenings before bed as my daughter likes to stop and ask a lot of questions, but I really like it. It is a great book were you spend a lot of time on one page talking about certain feelings, how to react, how not to, etc.

I don't think there's anything revolutionary here, but I really appreciated the many strategies to help littles manage their feelings, and I loved that "talk about them with someone you love/trust" (paraphrasing) was a constant refrain. Kids need to talk about their big feelings! My son loved this book, as he is currently all about those big big feelings, and we read a few pages together every night before bed.

Although it's a little advanced for my 3yr old it's a great book to start reading, and continue to read.. as her understanding matures this book will definitely help us navigate the world of feelings. What they are, how the feelings come across as thoughts, body language of others, and the like. The illustrations are beautiful and feelings are accurately displayed by those pictures.

I love this book for developing children's emotional literacy and understanding of their own emotions. It deals with it in a wonderful child friendly way, yet provides important information. It also includes a lovely section on how children can help other people with their feelings.

Great book, amazingly inclusive. I think every classroom and parent should have one around. I was delighted to read this.

I LOVE THESE BOOKS why weren’t they a thing when I was a kid (who was e.g. taught not to have any/certain feelings, period)!?!!? I think they’d have blown my mind.
