New (Quick & Dirty Series #1) by Kate Roth
I received this book from the author for an honest review.
ANNNNND this book is every reason why I love Kate. She can write the hell outta anything and make it super naughty!!! This book had me turning red, getting hot, and anticipating what would happen to Mr. Miller and Mrs. Anders *wiggle eyes*
Monica was so me at one point in my life minus having the kiddos. Falling and divorcing your child hood sweetheart who leaves you broken and devastated over cheating with a new, shiny toy. She is just living life and wondering where to start to get it back on track when Logan enters her life. Her new, hot, and much younger neighbor invites her over for coffee annnd a little flirting.
The couple “explore” things while her kiddos are gone and we wonder what will happen when the “vacation” is over.
Friends this book has so many feels even with it being a novella. -
Just... WOW! Kate Roth, this is one of the HOTTEST books I've read in recent history. Kudos to you for totally nailing that! Single mom Monica meets her young and hot neighbor, Logan, over coffee one morning. She's off for the week and her 2 children are on vacation with their dad. Logan just graduated with a teaching degree. Nothing better to do turns into one amazing week for both of them. I really love how the author addressed Monica's insecurities with her body after having children. I think every one of us moms can really relate to that. Logan comes across compassionate and mature. Loved him! Can the relationship go further? I won't give anything away, but I loved this book! It was pretty quick, definitely dirty, and had a realistic story. Move over, Alexa Riley, because Kate Roth rocks this genre!! Definitely don't miss this one! Plus, there are several more books to come. I want to read them all! 5 stars!

Sooo hot! What the hell do I have to do to find a Logan of my own?!? No seriously, where can I get me one???
Just like the title suggests, this one was quick and dirty! But, it was also very sweet. Monica is so out of her element with Logan- not only is she a single mom with limited experiences, she's also 9 years older than him. But the chemistry between them is just undeniable and the age difference and the fact that she's a mother have no bearing on Logan's feelings for her, which helps her get past any doubts and hesitations.
Yes, things moved quite quickly for them, but I was on board for it all!
***Borrowed through KU. -
Monica has adjust to being a single Mom and working for a Real Estate Office. Her life is all about her kids and her job, when she finds she has new neighbors things are going to get interesting.
Sending her kids off to school followed by a trip with their dad and his new girlfriend for six days ,she takes the time off work as well not sure if she made a mistake and will be bored to death.
When her neighbor invites her over for a morning coffee she agrees but can't believe she is sitting there in bagging stained clothes and her hair a mess. How was she to know this chance coffee will lead to more.
4 1/2 stars -
Steamy quick read, and I felt for these two people. Monica and Logan have a nine-year age difference, she being the older. Their instant attraction overrode any awkwardness, which was mostly on Monica's side. With all that Monica had gone through, I loved that she had this second chance at finding a love that was this strong. Logan was so open with her, and I enjoyed the ending. I look forward to more by this author as well as this series.
I received an ARC through Enticing Journey Book Promotions, and this is my unsolicited review. -
This book definitely is quick and dirty. These two have a instant connection even with the 9 year age difference. Monica is starting a child free week and her new neighbor is willing to keep her company these two have no problems in the chemistry department. These two are super cute and im glad they get there insta love happy.

Loved it !!!
New was quick and steamy, I thoroughly enjoyed it. This was my first book from Kate Roth and I can't wait to read more.
A hot read about a single mum and her much younger neighbor getting to know each other better, while the kids are visiting Dad. -
OH MY WOW! This story was absolutely Quick and Dirty and I loved it! Alone for the week without her kids things heat up real quick! I loved the heat and passion and although it was fast nothing was missing from this story!
-
Oh wow!! This author is new to me and after reading this quick, sexy, hot read, I will be one clicking my way through her back catalogue!!
Monica has a child free week after her children go off to spend time with their Dad. On the first morning she meets her new neighbour, Logan and sparks fly!! Holy hotness!! But is this a bit of fun or are feelings running deeper? My heart!! I highly recommend this read! -

(4 stars)
When divorcee Monica meets her new neighbor Logan, she doesn't expect them to hit it off. She is a divorced mother of two, and he is a younger hottie with tats. Monica has a week to enjoy her neighbor before the kids come back, will a week be long enough to get Logan out of her system? This was a cute, HOT, quick read; that was perfect for the pickup line. A little bit of drama and some really steamy stuff, I really enjoyed this. I give New 4 stars. -
for being a novella, this story pretty much has it all. insta-lust leads to forever love in this December-May romance.

SIZZLE ... THEN FIZZLE **2.5 stars**
This is the first book in the author’s Quick & Dirty Neighbors series. It’s sweet and steamy romancer about falling in love with the boy next door … only the boy is a tattooed hunk of a substitute teacher fresh out of grad school, and the girl is a sensual divorcee with two kids in a case of “it really is a small world” meets “love at first sight over the course of a week.”
I fell in love with Kate Roth’s Last Resort Duet and The Low Notes book, but hadn’t read anything since. This shorty has her trademark, irresistible writing style, and age gap romances are my kryptonite. There’s nothing not to like about Logan (24) and Monica (33). They meet in a catchy way and the heat is on full stop after that with a string of sex scenes and insta-lust that immediately turns to insta-love during Monica's weeklong staycation without her kids. The story is drool-y with a slight twist and decent “snap, sizzle, pop”. Since the kids and exes don’t play a direct role in the story, there wasn’t anything to the lightweight fare outside the bedroom. The twist was a good one, but too much of a non-issue 3 years down the road for Monica to over-react as she did, which didn’t last more than millisecond anyway. [On a personal note (which had no impact on my rating of the book), I didn’t care for the design of her tattoo.]
Everything outside the at-home sex scenes was told not shown, which is always a letdown. Many novellas of this type are able to be much more full-bodied than this, so it never rose above the “all sex” angle. It was just okay for me with only a couple proofreading issues, but mainly there wasn’t much to it and it didn’t leap off the page enough for me to buy or read it again. Still like the author though and I’ll certainly read more of the series. -
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.
She's a single mom, kid-free for a week. He's the sexy, young substitute teacher in the apartment next door. She moans, he knocks and together they find something new.
Welcome to the Quick and DIrty series from Kate Roth. Each book is a novella. I loved this book. I had so much fun reading it and it was the perfect afternoon get away for me. I read it in one sitting. This is the story or Monica Anders and Logan Miller. I love these two and no doubt they were quick and dirty. Monica is a single mom who is divorced a as a week off to do with what she wants since her kids are at their dads for the week. What ever shall she do with her week. Why her smoking hot neighbor she has just ran into. If you like novellas and instalove but smoking hot stories you will love this one. I can't wait to see what is next. -
4 Stars!
Kate Roth has a brand new series out and if you like quick, sexy, intense, dirty romances then this might just be the series for you. New is the first book in the Quick and Dirty series and what a naughty one this was y'all.
She's a single mom. He's her tempting younger neighbor. One moment, one connection, and one kid free moment is going change everything for these two... and maybe, just maybe they'll find their very own happy ending (maybe more than once!).
Steamy. Fast. A twist or two to keep you on your toes, Roth definitely left me wanting more and I'm excited for the next one in this novella series.
I definitely recommend this book.

Title: New (Quick & Dirty: Neighbors, #1)
Author: Kate Roth
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
ARC received in return for an honest review.
Single mom of two Monica has a week off and her kids are going on vacation with their dad, she meets recently graduated Logan, he’s the hot, sexy hunk from next door over coffee and with nothing better to do with her week off and sparks flying between them the pair embark on a week of some hot, steamy passion before the kids get home. Will the week be enough for Monica to get Logan out of her system or is there something more there?
This was a quick read which was low on drama and packed with some hot, sexy and super steamy moments. I thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait to see what’s coming next.

This book definitely lived up to its name...lol
It was definitely a quick and hot read. But something I enjoyed.
Monica finally has some time to herself when her kids are away for a school trip and she can't just relax. So when she meets her new neighbour Logan, hot diggidy dog... lol Stella got her groove back, lol
Will she be able to get Logan out of her head before her time is up or might it be that somewhere along the way feelings got involved????

I miss reading Kate Roth...it's been a while since she released something new and this one, NEW, was so much fun. Hot and steamy and actually sweet with a small twist of a storyline and very likeable characters. Every woman who has ever been left for someone younger and has to co-parent her kids with the cheating EX, and his new GF, will be able to relate to this one. Enter the adorable hottie next door and you have the recipe for one fun and fast novella. I loved it!
**** 4 **** "I need one of those cute neighbors" stars -
Monica is a over worked and tired single mom with two adoring kids and a very hot young neighbor who has recently moved in. The young hottie is only 24 and teacher, with all that ink and sense of humor they can’t help but flirt. When the flirting turns to more the sex is hot and the feelings grow but the catch is Logan’s ex is Monica’s ex husbands new girl. This was a quick hot read with a wonderful ending even after such a terrible fight. I give it four stars. - By Tiffany

This story is an amazing short, showing Monica a newly single divorced mom of 2 kids will do or what happens when she’s alone for the first time for a week without her kids and meets the hot sexy younger next door neighbor. Discovering just who she is and letting her inner sexiness out for a week and it might just be more then a one night or one week stand.

This was a hot, steamy, panty-melting read! Wow. This book totally spoke to me and pulled on the strings of the possibilities of what if. Now, this book had a twist to it that leaves you going oMg. Love conquers all. I would totally love to have a full length of this book! OMG!

This story might be short but it was addictive. I loved Monica and Logan’s smoking story. It’s fast paste, steamy, insta love and fun. Couldn’t get enough. It’s been far too long since I’ve read one of Kate’s book. Definitely will read more of this sexy series.
