My O is missing. Two sex therapists are going to help me find it.
Two hours after Dennis proposes, I find my fiancé with his d*ck buried in Tiffany Slater’s hoohah, and he has the nerve to suggest it’s my fault.
Because I’m frigid.
Sure, I’ve never had an orgasm with him, or with anyone for that matter, but relationships are about more than good sex. (Not that the sex was ever good. Adequate is more like it. Okay, who am I kidding? Dennis couldn’t find his way down there with a flashlight and a map.)
Now I’m determined to find my missing O with the help of two of the hottest men I’ve ever set eyes on. Sex therapists Benjamin Long and Landon West. If these two men can’t make me come, then no one can.
I shouldn’t have slept with them. I shouldn’t have succumbed to their sexy smiles. I shouldn’t have listened when their firm voices promised me all the pleasure I could handle.
I can’t get enough of them. But when a bitter rival finds out about our forbidden threesome, everything will come crashing down.

3 Stars!
Mia, Ben & Landon,
Mia's every fantasy can come true, but
will the gossip prove to be to much, a quickie read, with some hot sex scenes,
the plot somewhat predictable with
HFN...and an epilogue...
M/F/M -
This was a freebie and yes, it was a hot, quick and dirty read. Was it a little repetitious with the inner monologues at times? Yep. Did it change my world or enlighten the masses? Nope. Did I care? Not even a little bit. If you’re in the mood for menage, don’t need all kinds of things like a detailed plot and deep ….ahem, characters, you may enjoy this.

This is my favorite Tara Crescent book so far!! I loved that is was different then other ménage books I've read where Ben and Landon had shared partners before it was always just causal. They had relationships out of that and weren't looking for a MFM realtionship, it just happened cause they both wanted Mia.
Mia let her ex fiancé make her feel something was wrong with her cause she never could orgasm with a partner. And Mia put up with him cause she thought she was a pervert for wanting what she did. Until 2 hours after accepting Dennis's proposal she catches him sleeping with another woman. She dumps him and decides to check out the towns new sex therapists and that's where everything changes for her.
This book was so humorous along with sexy! It had a lot jealousy and small town gossip where everyone literally knew everything.
It's very seldom that I like the hero & heroine in a book but, in this book I loved Mia, Ben & Landon and hope to get more.
I voluntarily reviewed a arc of this book -
Mia, the small town, proverbial good girl, very limited sexual experience and thinks she has a problem as can't experience an orgasm with her fiancé partner, but can on her own with fantasising to assist...oh, how many women have been in this situation at some time or other?
She goes to visit two new in town and for sure local gossip arousing, handsome young sex therapist doctors: Ben Long, and Langdon West, for help, but chickens out at that first visit.
This gives the doctor's chance to get to know Mia as she doesn't Book in as a patient in their practice. They both find her very attractive and sexual chemistry once roused, can it be denied...plus she has on her assessment visit told them her problems.
So the scene is set, Mia has a best girl friend, trustworthy Cassie, whom I think will be in another story of her own, but in this is the helpful stalwart bestie, we should all have one.
There's the mean gossipy antagonists determined to cause trouble and so the scene is set for an erotic novella. I enjoyed it, found some scenes very erotic, but would have liked even more from the dp scene...many women would :)
Yes, just in four star rating for me, and yes, I have bought the other ménage story and have the third on order.
Nice for when you have an hour or so on your own, no disturbances, just story to fantasise over :) -

This book surprised me because it was not just hot and sexy but also very funny. I thought ménage books were always just serious. I really liked the humor in it also.

Take two of these and call me in the morning
What could be better than a romance with a shy, pleasure-starved girl and a hot, rich sex therapist willing to help? Two ripped, well trained and eager sex therapists, of course.
As some erotic fiction is similar to watching RedTube videos, I tend to split ratings for this genre, and give an average. For the plot and characters, a 3. The bad guys were over the top, the small town vibe played up too much, and some of the secondary characters weren't that great. The lead studs were definitely hot, but their professionalism for a consult left quite a lot to be desired. The leading lady, seeking the O face, was incredibly eager to get it on with strangers for normally being so inhibited.
Kinky multiple partner sex scenes rated a solid 5, with decent frequency and quite spicy when they happened. Bonus points for the guys insisting on sober consent, too. Average score of 4, I'd read more from this author. -
If you're looking for a ménage book that is good, fast, steamy, with some naughty thrown in, Dirty Sex Therapy is the book for you. Will have you addicted from the very first page!
I volunteered to review an advanced readers copy of this book. -
Delightfully naughty in a good way.
A well written romp, with funny, witty characters and hot hot hot mfm action. This has all the ingredients for a new favorite series! -

Ben trovate, Fenici!
Dirty Therapy is the first book from another Tara Crescent's series I started, and binge read in two-three days.
"Dirty Therapy" is the story of Mia, Landon & Ben. The plot was excellent and enjoyable, as were the characters.
Small towns can be a hoot, and Crescent wrote this story with all the gossipy and judgemental baloney that comes with them in mind.
Tara manages to hook the reader with her brilliant writing style, and with the hot scenes, she allows the characters to play out. She is fast becoming my a fav author of mine.
This novella was a quick, fun read. The characters are likable, there's a little bit of drama with the heroine's ex, the heroes' gossip of a receptionist, and a few nosy townspeople, but no real angst, and of course a happily-ever-after. -
This was a fairly quick read, but it was sweet and it was sexy. Mia was just proposed to and then, very soon after, finds her fiance cheating on her. She's never climaxed during sex, so she turns to the town's newest sex therapists, Ben and Landon for help. But Ben and Landon realize during their assessment that they're very attracted to her, so they basically scare her off by saying they'd have to watch her having sex with a surrogate to help her, which she will never agree to. But the weekend brings them a prime opportunity to get closer to her when some jerks at the local bar spike her and her friend's drinks while Ben and Landon are present. They take her friend home to her sister, and then they bring Mia to one of their homes to watch over her and make sure she'll be OK. And during that time, she basically confesses how much she wants them both. But they don't take advantage. Good boys! Mia is mortified when she realizes what she's done and that they turned her down, but they quickly assuage her mortification by asking her out. Which of course turns into much more. It's really cute and really sexy.

I was asked by the author for an honest review.
Two hours after Dennis proposes to Mia, she finds him jumping up and down in Tiffany Slater’s hoohah, and he had the nerve to suggest it’s was Mia's fault.
Mia has never had an orgasm. She is determined to find her missing orgasm with the help of two of the hottest men she's ever set eyes on. Therapists Benjamin Long and Landon West. If these two men can’t make her come, then no one can.
Living in a small town can be hard when you find yourself in a forbidden relationship. I love Tara's menage' books! Dirty Therapy did not disappoint. This book is well written and it kept me invested in the characters and made me not want to put the kindle down. If you haven't read a Tara Crescent book....you don't know what you are missing! I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves some spicy romance in their books. -
Haha, this book is great. Sometimes relationships need a therapist. While Mia is in need of a sex therapist. After Mia's boyfriend Dennis popped the question, she finds him a couple hours later hip deep in some other women.
Mia figures it is her fault because no man has ever been able to satisfy her sexually so she goes to the two new therapists in town, Landon, and Ben.
After meeting them and having a consultation they decide she is not right for their practice. But why? Guess you will have to read to find out!
This book is great. Sexy, hot, great story line. Just loved it.
*I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book* -
Mia was the good girl, until she meets Landon and Ben, two sex therapists. She had never had an orgasm and had caught her fiancé cheating hours after he proposed. It does not quite work out when she goes to see Landon and Ben for help though, but that is a good thing, because the three of them would not have been able to do the things they did, if she was their client. It is a great story of life in a small town, when this life meets Mia going out with both men together at the same time. I loved Landon's sister, and especially her reaction when she found out her brother was in a threesome. Also, this story is so hot! I voluntarily reviewed this advanced copy, and I loved it.

Oh so dirty!
I don't normally read ménage books as I just don't find them that good. However for some reason this book called to me and I simply had to read it. I mean I drop all of my other books to read this one. It was hot, erotic, and just flat out sexy. I am a fan of Tara Crescent, and can't wait to read the next book in this intoxicating series. -
Hot Quick read!

It was an ok book.

Mia Gardner, Benjamin Long, and Landon West. — m-f-m, the guys are besties & business partners who sometimes share a woman
Still reading — at about the two-thirds mark — but the basic premise of the story is still bugging me. I don’t know how sex therapists work as opposed to general therapists, but the “we only did an initial consultation” line didn’t work for me. Hypnosis is a pretty big step for a “just a consultation”, not to mention the sensitivity of the material imparted. I’d certainly want doctor-patient confidentiality before spilling that level of sexual intimacy to a near stranger. And if you are in a doctor-patient relationship for doctor-patient confidentiality, wouldn’t that imply just as much of an obligation not to use what was revealed in therapy outside the clinical environment.
Not to say Mia was unwilling, but that questionable ethic, followed by the guys taking home a drunk and drugged Mia. That makes the morning after sex feel dubcon to me, and I don’t think it was intended to feel that way.
Also, not enjoying the “small town everyone knows everyone else’s business” vibe.
Finished. I already said I’m not fond of the small town vibe. All and all, I’m not sure I ever fully connected to the characters. And the sex while kinky on paper, just didn’t present that way.
Bought the whole four book series already. Haven’t decided yet if it’s worth reading the rest. -
Oh man.
Absolut nichts meins... -
3 Stars
After finding her fiancé (of only a few hours) having sex with someone else Mia drops him like a hot potato. She goes to talk to 2 sex therapists that just opened a practice in her town to see what her issue is. After her consultation she decides not to become a patient. Afterwards she starts a relationship with the doctors, Ben and Landon. Mia lives in a small town with a lot of judgmental nosy people, which causes some issues that the 3 of them have to deal with. -
She caught her fiancé cheating on him. She decides to try some therapy. But is it the right kind of therapy? She finds the therapists very hot, and they have a unique style. But she can't have them if she's being treated by them.
A great story with some mfm. Probably will read the next in the series soon. -

DNF at 30%. I was just so bored.

Great read
This book was well written for a short story! I loved the story line completely and this book is very steamy. Will definitely be checking out the next book. -
Quick fun read
I really liked it! It was a fun quick read, sexy and interesting. I really recommend all Tara's books specially her MFM books -
Mia Gardner is a young woman living in New Summit, a typical small town. She owns a clothing store. And her life's a mess! Everything seems to be falling apart around her except her business. Her landlord, George Bollington, is certainly not helping with that. Bollington used to be the only psychiatrist in town until sex therapists Benjamin Long and Landon West moved to New Summit from Manhattan. And he's been trying to drive the two therapists out of town ever since they arrived. Why? Sure Bollington is a self-proclaimed "family values" man but that can't be the only reason he wants them gone, can it? Is there some deeper motive at play here?
Mia's problems finally make her decide to seek therapy. But she certainly can't go see her landlord, not about this! She makes an appointment for a consultation to see Ben and Landon. While there, she discovers things about herself that she never suspected. Frightened and confused, she bolts from their office and vows never to return. As Mia and her best friend, Cassie, go for a night out at The Merry Cockatoo, the local bar, they have no idea what awaits them. Ben and Landon walk in and spot the women just in time to save them. But from what? And how do they deal with the spark, the chemistry, that they felt when they first met Mia in their office? Mia's lonely and inexperienced. Ben and Landon are sex therapists. Surely nothing can happen here, right? Professional ethics? Well, Mia was never truly a client, was she? She only saw the men for a free consultation and never went back. Two men, one woman, a very small town, what could go wrong? Maybe anything and everything possible? When events collide and turn everyone's lives upside down, what will be the ultimate price that everyone will have to pay? This isn't just about Mia, Ben, and Landon. There are outside forces in play, and nothing is certain. In the end, can anything stop the people determined to destroy the happiness of so very many people?
Tara Crescent is a relatively new author for me, and I absolutely loved this book! I'm very well acquainted with small town life and all the positives and negatives of that experience. Ms. Crescent captures the small town experience in exacting detail and with great realism. The character development is extraordinary. I loved the relationships between all the characters, but particularly that of the main characters. There's mystery around every corner, and uncertainty with every move each character in this story makes. This is not a predictable book at all. Just when I thought I knew what was coming next, I was totally thrown off course. Reading this book was like a thrill ride, and I loved every single second of it. Tara Crescent has very quickly become another of my favorite authors. Dirty Therapy is an erotic romance that is fast-paced, engaging, thrilling, and captivating to the very last page. I literally couldn't put my Kindle down. I give Dirty Therapy my highest recommendation, and can't wait to begin the next book in the series. Thank you, Tara Crescent, for giving us such a wonderful reading experience that demonstrates your true talent as an author!
One final note. Please be an informed reader and consumer! This is an ADULT book. It contains explicit language and sexual scenes. If you don't enjoy this genre, think hard before buying any book you know you won't enjoy. There are book synopses and reviews available on Goodreads and all booksellers' websites. USE THESE RESOURCES. DON'T LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW WHEN YOU KNOW YOU WON'T ENJOY THE BOOK. IT'S NOT FAIR TO THE AUTHOR! She works extremely hard to provide a quality work product. If you know you'll object to the book's subject matter before you buy it, you're doing yourself and the author an extreme disservice.
Thanks for reading my review and happy reading! -
Scrumptiously, Delicious & Dirty Therapy = Yes Please!
Who needs therapy, when you have these sexy men? Dirty Therapy is a scrumptious ménage romance. It has scorching hot scenes and unique storyline, in my opinion. There is a good girl who has a naughty side and will fight for what she believes in. If you like sexy doctors that love to take control and talk dirty, then this is a book for you. I believe that other readers will fall in love with Dirty Therapy and the characters like I did.
Mia Garner is a typical good girl, who owns the local dress shop. She is always thinking about what would a good girl do and what is expected of her. Mia discovers that her boyfriend / recent fiancé is cheating on her. She breaks it off with Dennis, but not before he tells Mia that she is frigid. She decides to seek help from the new sex therapist in town. Can they help Mia to finally have an orgasm?
Dr. Landon West and Dr. Benjamin Long are therapist that have been best friends for years. They moved their practice to a new town and are trying to fit in. Some people don't like that the men are helping people with their sex problems. The men are trying to be on their best behavior and not cause any problems. Landon and Ben try to keep it under wraps that they enjoy sharing women. The men do have one rule. They never date their patients.
When Mia comes into the office for a therapy session, she is instantly attracted to Dr. Long and Dr. West. The men feel the same way about Mia, but she is a patient maybe. After sharing her sex fantasies, Mia is not sure if she can go through with therapy. Landon and Ben come to Mia's aid while out one night and help her with the problem. 'Wink' Mia is concerned that the men are out of her league. The men are concerned that Mia won't want to date both of them. Can these three make a relationship work? Can they find love in a ménage?

I volunteered for this arc book. This is my unbiased review. -
Dirty Therapy by Tara Crescent is a fairly short read, perfect for those with limited reading time. It is a M/F/M menage book though, so it may not be for everyone. Ms. Crescent has delivered a well-written book. The characters are fantastic and lovable. Mia finds her fiance of two hours having sex with someone else. Ben and Landon are sex therapists. Their story is packed with drama, humor, smokin' hot sex and a bit of suspense. I enjoyed reading Dirty Therapy and look forward to reading more from Tara Crescent in the future. Dirty Therapy is book 1 of the Dirty Series but can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.
