    This was delightful, and, at times, laugh out loud hilarious. Wilber Winkle is a little bit of all of us as consumers, but SO MUCH MORE. Most of us have minor (and sometimes major) quibbles with how our favorite brands and companies go about their business, but never has anyone be so able to turn a molehill into a mountain as Mr. Winkle. And, the dialogue and back and forth with, mostly cheerful and surprisingly helpful, CSRs is delightful. I, for one, feel less stressed as a daily consumer of products knowing that Wilber Winkle is on the job, keeping the giants in check.

    This book is a collection of comical complaint letters sent to companies as well as individuals. This is very light reading and gave me a few good chuckles, especially the one about coffee! My husband has the same complaint! Thanks for the laughs!
