  I really enjoyed this deliciously hot and steamy read. The chemistry between Xavier and Katie is insane and they generate enough scorching heat to melt to contribute to global warming. I thought the storyline was fun and it held my attention well. A delightful combination of emotion, drama and sizzle is perfectly paired with likable characters to create a wonderful quick read. Of my own choosing I am posting a honest review.

  Katie's life hasn't turned out like she wanted not being able to work in her chosen field it all depresses her. She's upset when she visits her mother and learns that she going to be evicted because she forgot to pay her rent. She decides to go in to talk to the people that rent her mom and see if there's something she can do. However a guy she went to high school with is in charge of the account and is sleazy to her and she ends up agreeing to meet him at his home. She sees a sexy older man as she is leaving that she'd really be dealing with. When she arrives at the building she is directed to the penthouse and sees the sexy older man instead of the sleaze ball. Xavier is attracted to Katie and isn't about to let his son deal with her so he waits for her to come to his place. When Katie sees Xavier she worries that she won't get any help dealing with her mom's problem. That is until he starts talking to her and things click between them. Soon she is agreeing to his terms because she is attracted to him. Will Xavier keep Katie=e for his own? Will she be able to save her mother from eviction?
  
  This is a steamy hot story that will draw you in from the first chapter. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

  It was a nice short read. Xavier and Katie had an immediate attraction between each other. But I gotta say I’m not a fan of his DD/ LG rule. Which means Daddy Dom and Little girl where she acts like a child and eats lollipops and he uses them of her hoo ha. But it was instant love, like you knew it was going to happen. How old is he btw? Was it 45 or 51? Still trying to figure that out. Katie’s mom Dinah pays her rent late so she goes to Carlton Realty to beg them not to evict her so she’s desperate enough to go to Kenneth Carlton who she went to high school with to help her and he tells her she had to basically be his sex slave which she fucking agrees too but Xavier is having none of that so he says she’s mine not yours to his son and tells her to come to his penthouse instead. They hit it off and have a deal where she has to sleep with him everyday as his little girl or some shit and he’ll pay her 20K for 2 months and with that it quickly turns into passionate love and trust me Katie loves this and has the same drive as Xavier even though he’s older by like 15 years? Idk. Rated this a 4/5 just wish there was more to it. Smut was scary and I was not a fan but I somewhat liked it where he was dominant so 3/5 for dominancy.

  Intense & sizzling! Law unleashes the alpha male possessiveness, protectiveness and all the hotness you can handle along with a little forbidden fruit, blasts this little dynamo to life beautifully. This rough and tumble treat spins so intricately and interweaves with such precision it blows this baby wide open. This bad boy showcases 100% on point realism, kicking up a churning vortex chocked-full of happenstance and shenanigans that keeps you flipping page after page. Coping with the trials and tribulations struggling with all the drama, skepticism, intrigue and suspense mounts as tension spirals, thrusting this baby into tailspin with unbelievable results. The chemistry is intense, sizzling and palpable. The characters are authentic and realistic with depth and qualities that weld this bad boy together piece by piece. The personalities are well matched and blended. The scenes are so graphically detailed it paints an incredible backdrop that makes the storyline pop.   This storyline, that comes with the realistic characters to match, is definitely a must read. Xavier and Katie are going to melt your Kindle, and your heart, with their chemistry & steam. This strong willed 28 year old is trying to come to the rescue for her 'scatterbrained' Mother, once again. However, what she finds is her future in the gorgeous & loving Xavier. Getting there might not be easy, but it is definitely worth it. I encourage you to read this steamy and sexy romance.

  If the blurb intrigued you, great! This book is what you think it is., an older man falls for a younger woman trope . Katie is a college graduate who couldn't find work in her field and ends up helping the elderlies. Her mother is a little bit absent minded and has forgotten to pay the rent for a few months, which may result in them getting evicted. She turns to the landlord to stop the eviction. Xavier is the owner of carlton Realty and when he sees this feisty, sassy, smart young woman, he wants her for himself! He knows what he wants and she only wants to please him. Match made in even! An entertaining, steamy read that will captivate you. I honestly volunteered to review an arc.

  This story is short, fast paced and an easy read. I read this book in one sitting. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters ok and the storyline interesting. When Katie’s forgetful mother gets an eviction notice, Katie steps in. She goes to visit her mother’s landlord and gets more than she expected. Xavier is a successful businessman with a secret kink. When he meets Katie, he knows that she would be perfect and in exchange, he can help her mother.
  I did see some chemistry between Xavier and Katie. I liked them together. That being said, I have to admit, I am not a massive fan of lg/daddy dom.
  The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an easy read.

  This is a story with a lot of hot and steamy exciting scenes along with a few surprising ones. Very entertaining, exciting, emotional, hot, intriguing, surprising and so much more. She is having problems with her life and getting it organized. On top of that her mother hasn't paid her rent. Her landlord is a hot alpha male who wants her. It gets really interesting from there. Very well written and recommended. I received a review copy and voluntarily review it.

  A really sweet story with a different twist. I loved the small time drama and the big time romance with a bit of an weird twist. But it all fits together really well.
  Katie wants to save her mom's place, because what self respecting adult would want her mom moving in and living with her. Especially when she's a bit loopy. So it's all up to her to talk to Mr. Carlton. But what happens when he has a proposition for her.... will she accept or will she decline...

  This was a mix of blackmail-ish romance, dd/lg play, billionaire-romance, with smutty details. The plot was quick paced. Not really much drama. The h was sort of coerced into the "play", but then she just sort of fell into the relationship with the H. It was started wrong, but then it resolved quickly and seamlessly. Was hoping there's bit dynamics between those two. The mom also just a passing moment for it too.
