    Enjoyable

Interesting coincidences being together two different species, Human (Vanessa) and Dragons (Xen), a happy accident.

In the beginning I started getting tired of Vanessa's constant dismissal of everything that went on around her, but upon further reading I see how someone can refuse to accept what their eyes are telling them. After some time Vanessa grew on me, she had a younger daughter, her sister, and a broken heart...a sure idea for skepticism.

Mister Xen, as Tia would say, is automatically the knight in shining armor, helpful, kind and of course not and bothered over Vanessa!

I felt that Vanessa and Xen's relationship had time to grow, although the author reminds us that their time meeting and growing to learn about one another is short, it's written in a believable way.

I may be picking up the next book, I would like to see how the other dragons stories unravel.

Had me feeling a certain way

It's a clear testament to the author's skill level when they can pull you into the story and make you feel one way or another. This book had me wanting to shake some sense into the heroine. Lol.......so a good read indeed.

    Vanessa

I recommend reading book 1 first. Vanessa’s character many can relate to when put in an unimaginable position. Once again this is a great alien/fantasy read!

This one was better than the first one. The writing is improving but there are still too many typos. Please get an editor to catch those.

    I love this series

I love the first book do to its fast pace and the laughter it brought me. For I was like a black woman , in this case black women on a spaceship abducted by aliens. Now you just knew that it was going down and yes the ship wemt down due a kyra releasing a giant dragon. So yeah i was like you go girl kick butt. This second story had me going yeah a slow down from the fast pace. This story more deeper for it deals with the mind and trying to cope with being taken from their home earth. I love how het daughter did the lighting from the fingers. So cool. I love how the mom was learning to let go of old pain to embrace a new future. I can not wait for the nect book. Book 3. I hope soon.
