Michael Jantze's comic strip "The Norm" was syndicated to newspapers by King Features, Inc. in the U.S. as well as internationally for a decade. In 2014, the Harvey Award-nominated strip went weekly with a new theme, a few new characters, and a different format. Norm really did grow up!

The Norm 4.0: A The Norm Comic Collection Reviews

Short but enjoyable collection
It's been a while since I read the Norm strip so was interested to come across this and the "Loaded" collection. It's a little different from the strip I used to read, Norm is now married with two kids, but he's not changed much. There's still the little boy, and the old man inside him. He still exists on Coffee. The alarm clock still bounces off his head every morning.
These books are never going to redefine Comics or revitalise the comic strip medium but they will raise a smile and occasionally make you think so isn't that enough. -
This is very embarrassing that I'm asked to review a book I wrote. But I am proud of the work.

I loved being back in Norm’s world. Lots of cute moments and lots of grins.

Own the printed version also (not currently listed on GR) Always a joy to read more Norm.

With Calvin and Hobbes-esque illustrations, this comic follows a family four, mostly centering on the good father who’s still growing up. It’s cute, relatable, and somewhat radically humorous.

Recent Reads: The Norm 4.0. Michael Jantze's newspaper strip returns with an older Norm, now with a family and dogs. Crowdfunded color comics that reflect modern life in all its shades, good, bad, and what is going on here? It's a weird world and we need a laugh.
