i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the older man/ younger woman story of Kennedy and Kirill. Kennedy finds herself in Russia after her father died and she answered a job ad. When Kennedy arrived for a job as a maid, she was shocked to find herself in a sex trafficking ring. Kennedy managed to escape and knew she needed to find her father's friend Kirill. When kirill's men found Kennedy, they took her to him and he was unsure who she was until she mentioned her father. Kirill then knew it wasn't a trap and Kennedy really did need his help. When Kennedy told Kirill about the people who had her, he vowed to make them pay. Kennedy asked him for a job so she could earn enough money to return home, but Kirill knew he could never let her leave him and she was meant to be his. Kirill gave Kennedy a job, but never really let her do anything, she was his woman after all, only she didn't know that. Kennedy thought he was ashamed of her because she was a bigger girl, but Kirill wanted to keep her all for himself. I liked this book. I like how Kirill was so sure Kennedy was supposed to be his. I like how he wanted revenge for her and the other women who were trafficked. I think he wanted Kennedy to have peace before they started their new life together. Good one.

Kennedy has had alittle rough life since her pops died but she wants to change of view she signs up for a nanny job and it looks to good to be true.. and it is its a trap a sex trafficking thing that she escapes and heads to the one place her father said she would be safe. And she gets saved.
Kirill is on alert with Kennedy and her story thinking its a trap and he doesn't care since he is so mesmerised by her, and once she says his friends name he is on protective mode. No one is going to hurt his woman, these two are hot and tiny cold when she wants to earn her way and not be treated just because Kirill knew her dad. But that isn't the case and Kennedy is seeing that.
Now they have one or two misunderstandings but its cleared up right away.
No ow/om drama, no cheating, Drama, sexy times, virgin gal no manwhore

I’ve came to the conclusion this author’s stories just aren’t for me. No matter how many I try I just don’t really get into them. -
2.5 stars- This novella probably has everything you want... instalove, a silver fox, a curvaceous woman, sexy times, an alpha male, clever females, a touch of violence, a wedding proposal and even a kind hearted Russian mob boss.
What I enjoyed about it was it wasn't afraid to have a more mature love interest, Kirill, 18-20 years older than the FMC, Kennedy.
I loved that Kennedy is a clever, sexy and curvy woman. Plus size women, like me, are often under represented in mainstream romance and even in erotica.
What I didn't enjoy was the way the character Kirill basically walks all over Kennedy. I know it should have warned me in the title with the words 'possession' and 'instalove' but it was so darn fast & awkwardly done. Maybe this part of the genre isn't up my alley. So if this is your thing then she deserves more stars.
As for the story, Kennedy had just escaped from a prostitution ring and was finally recued by Kirills men. But within a day or even 10 mins of her working in his office they are having sex on his desk and he's declaring his undying love to her. There is nothing like trauma counciling or anything to help Kennedy deal with the traumatic experience of days earlier. Sure she might not have had the same issues as some of the other girls but it still would have been traumatic.
Also, the time when Kennedy freaks out and doubts Kirills affections is so clunkily done that its confusing as to why she is behaving the way she is. After just declaring their love for each other she suddenly wants to leave? It made it hard because her point of view wasn't explained well, so it seemed confusing.
I also felt that she wasn't really attracted to Kirill. it was almost like the attraction was one sided until they are declaring their love for each other after knowing each other for a few moments. There is no character growth really except where we hear over and over again that Kirill has claimed Kennedy as his own and that he's never wanted to be with anyone like that before.
I liked the premise as that's what attracted me, however, I think a few extra well planned words could have made this so much better, prolonged the thrill and still given a satisfying end to the story. -

In this book we meet Kennedy Kelly and Kirill Kuznetsov. Kennedy has come to Russia to be a maid, or so she thinks. To earn money to go to college now that her father is dead. She realizes to late the amount of money they offered was for more than just being a maid. So when she finds that she has been sold into sex slavery she fights back and gets away. Only to realize she has no one to run to. She remembers over the years her father would tell her about a man who came as an exchange student to America. This is the only man she thinks might be able to help her. So as she runs through the night she calls his name. Kirill is use to women trying to use him for something. This woman however makes him want to use her in all kinds of dirty ways. When she tells him her story he is shocked to discover his old friend's daughter is in front of him and he is not having clean thoughts about her. Will these two find a HEA they didn't know they wanted or will who they are be the things that divides them apart?
This is another amazing hit by this author. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. -
So this was a free ARC copy from one of my favorite authors and booksprout for my voluntary honest review of this read and I so enjoyed it! Once I started reading it, I just couldn't stop til I finished it because I had to see how it all ended.Plus it had a great storyline and great characters to read about to, and it was so sizzling hot!!! I so enjoy reading this authors work anf always look forward to seeing more in the future. *Spoilers Tag-One older Russian mafia boss and love at first sight of a younger curvy woman that his men save from some scumbags on a very cold russian witer night.And it turns out the her father is a old friend of mine the a long time ago. And she's been having some problems lately. Know shes mine to keep and to take care of! And soon I'll have a baby in her tummy and a ring on her finger to.* So if you want a great story to read go get this one! AND ENJOY EVERYONE ITS SO WORTH IT!!!

Kennedy answered an ad maid in Russia but once she arrived she realized it wasn't what it was supposed to be. However it was too late and she was already caught. When she did manage to get herself free she started to run screaming the name of a man her father knew as a friend when he was in Russia. Some men grabbed her told her that she was safe and took her to another man. This man had her tell her story of how she got there and then pulled out a picture of her father. It seemed the man in front of her was Kirill. Kirill looked at the beauty before him and knew she was the one for him and he wasn't letting her go. He had her set up in a room to rest and made it clear she was his. Kennedy is drawn to Kirill but does she want to stay in Russia after everything that's happen to her? Will Kirill show her he can make it different for her?
This is a great story it captivate you from beginning to end. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

I really enjoyed this story. The characters are well developed.
Kennedy has run into a problem and decides to see if her father's best friend Kirill can help her. His men pull Kennedy from the people that are causing her a problem. Kirill sees Kennedy for the first time and decides that he is going to keep her. When Kirill finds out he knew Kennedy's father, he decides that it's fate that they be together. He just has to take care of the jerks and make sure that they know that she is his and will protect her from everything he can.
I smiled a lot while reading this book. There is very little angst and I liked how it was resolved.Loved their happy ever after. I recommend reading this book.

But they catch her before she makes it, but someone comes to her rescue. Then she passes out and wakes up with a new threat.
Kirill is Kennedy’s fathers friend from when he was in the USA as an exchange student. When he sees Kennedy, he wants her for his own, when he learns she is his old friends daughter, he knows she is his and he tells her this. Kirill wants to rid the world of the threat to Kennedy and other girls he trapped in the human trafficking system. Once this happens, they are able to live happily ever after.

Age gap (39 and 18), mafia boss x best friends daughter, she’s running away from someone who offered her an nanny job which turned out to be some sort of sex trafficking agency or something but she was inclined to have sex with low level thugs. He took care of them after he saved her and she found out who he was. By that time he had fallen for her and she was feeling the hots. Their story goes smoothly and she works as a “maid”, well I wouldn’t call it that but she does spend most of her time with him. Their relationship starts to take a new turn and they do the deed and mind you she’s a virgin. They do it in his office of all places but its hotttt. We have a sassy innocent heroine, domineering hot alpha hero and one good plot.

She was tricked into coming to Russia for a job as a made. When she got here things were different. Running from them men that are traffickers she screams the only name she knows Kirill. When she is rescued and questioned Kennedy never expected that it would be the man who was best friends to her father. Kirill takes one look and Kennedy and knows that she is the one woman he wants in his life but will she be able to get over the ordeal she went through to become his queen? This descriptive story will have you captivated from page one along with its dynamic characters that will have you cheering for Kennedy to make it to a happily ever after.

It was not that good, but just alright
I liked the book for book sake but it was not that good. It started off really good and was seemingly very promising, but I felt let down at how the plot played out. The action moved out of sync and there was very little character development. Total let down but there were high moments but not enough to make me feel elated at the end of the book. If I were to describe this book like a bag of potato chip, then I’d say it’s a bag of plain chips lightly salted. And we know those chips are always in stack at the grocery stores. Lol I might look into more books by this author, but I’m hoping for better in the next books. 🤞🏾 -
this is the first book i have read by this author and i was very impressed. i love a good Russian mafia story and this short read didn't disappoint. Kennedy is on the run from some bad men, finds herself at the feet of the one man her father told her she could trust. when kirill finds out the curvy woman before him isn't a spy, but the daughter of his old friend, he finds it to be fate that brought them together. insta love, dominant alpha male with a sassy curvy woman to boot. great little read.

This was another amazing read by Flora Ferrari! After her father died, Kennedy needed money so she answered what she believed was an ad for a maid in Russia. When she finds herself in the hands of traffickers, her only hope is to get to her dad's childhood friend. Kirill is surprised to learn the young woman his security rescued is his friend's daughter. After meeting Kennedy Kirill realizes she is the one he had been waiting for. Kennedy belongs with him now. And as for the men who hurt her? Russian justice will be served by him.

This is a quick steamy, hot older man/ younger woman read.
Kirill and Kennedy's attraction to one another is off the charts. Kennedy is trying to find direction in her life after losing her father and being involved in human trafficking. Kirill is an old friend of Kennedy's father and when he learns of his passing and what Kennedy is going through he wants to help. Neither looked for love but that's what they may end up with and so much more.
