Anaerobics Reviews

A basic framework about Health & Training. I somehow came to this book by following Mark Baker (Guru Anaerobics) for a while on Twitter. His writing style is really funny and altough a lot topics were not "fact based", it was really exciting to read about them.
People who read this book should not be stuck on the idea that "Anaerobics" is a fitness or nutrition book. Baker makes it pretty clear that "Anaerobics" is a overall ideology and i sympathize a lot with it. -

The best framing of health in accordance with evolutionary principles, genetics and common sense that I've ever seen anywhere. I owe a lot of my current health to this book; this is *the* most underrated book I've ever read, period.
