A Guide on How to Calm Down. Quickly. Effectively. Before You Say Something Stupid Reviews

We have all said and done things we regret, all because we did not control our emotions. Caleb Kruse came up with simple steps that you can implement in your life to manage and dominate your feelings. How to Calm Down: Quickly. Effectively. Before You Do Or Say Something Stupid isn’t advice, he hasn’t tried himself. This book is useful in family settings, workplace, friendships, and even while driving (maybe our biggest challenge with anger).
Caleb Kruse is transparent as he reveals his own experiences and techniques he has used. How to Calm Down takes away your excuses for the sudden anger you lash out at others and allows you to have more meaningful relationships. I love how the author gives multiple answers to the problem of irritations, because we don’t all function the same. Recognizing that annoyances often blind us to the blessings in our life, the author allows us to not only calm down but also see the advantages we have in our life. -
This book's subject seems obvious, but it really isn't: so many of us spend our lives working as hard as possible and living on the edge, and at some point we forget how to cool off. Kruse provides smart, practical exercises (mental and physical) for calming down, recentering, and living better. Well worth reading.
