    This is a beautiful story of twins adopted from Seoul Korea growing up in the 80s and 90s in the Pacific Northwest trying to handle their adoptive fathers brain injury and their adoptive mothers mental illness of emotional abuse, her depression, and hoarding. The twins are caregivers of the age of 12 and try to care for their parents learning about life, trying to fit into America but at the same time confused about being Korean. Family secrets and expectations float to the surface as the family breaks apart.
