This was quite a dark/depressing take on the Omegaverse and what it means to be an omega.
Becca is distraught to present as an Omega and is harassed at school for it. The only person who empathises with her situation is the other Omega at school, Noah. They find solace in eachother and begin a relationship, which has its challenges.
There were a lot of hot, spicy scenes but some parts made me uncomfortable and sad.
Overall, I enjoyed this book a lot and I hope to read more Omegaverse stories from this author as I love her unusual pairings! I hope Beatrix Arden starts writing longer books that don't feel as incomplete, because I adore her writing and characterisation. -
I guess? It’s not a bad story, but there’s absolutely no resolution which drives me nuts and no emotions beyond angst, anxiety, and lust. Which I guess okay, I mean hello? erotica. Meh.
