Sleigh Bells Ring Reviews

  • Kat

    Annie is a ranch manager for a wealthy family and is forced to unexpectedly take her niece and nephew in (six-year-old twins) right before the holidays after their mother passes away and their father winds up in jail. When the owner, Tate, and the rest of his family come home for Christmas, she has a lot on her plate. This was a lovely Christmas book set in Wyoming with horses, sleigh rides, Christmas trees cut down in the snow, movies on snowy days and other great Christmas memories. Highly enjoyed this RaeAnn Thayne book, as I do all this author’s books! 5/5 stars.

    Soooo close to a 5 star! Like 4.75/5 to get technical.

    I loved everything about this story!
    An aunt taking care of her twin niece and nephew at a big ranch. A handsome grandson home for the holidays. Instant connection and he’s great with the kids!
    Then his whole family shows up and wonderful chaos ensues! It was a sweet, clean, festive, heartfelt story!

    Totally clean - it doesn’t go past kissing
    NO language 🙌🏼

    Definitely recommend this Christmas read!

    Sleigh Bells Ring by RaeAnne Thayne is a standalone contemporary romance set during the Christmas holiday season. The story in this one is told by changing the point of view between the characters getting both points of view.

    Annelise McCade is the live in caretaker for Angel’s View Ranch which has always been a special place for Annie. Annie’s family had once owned the land but her grandfather had sold it to billionaire Wallace Sheridan who’s family Annie had gotten to know while growing up.

    Now Annie has taken in her brother’s set of twins after he landed himself in jail over the holidays getting up to no good after the loss of his wife. Annie thought she’d be alone on the ranch with the twins but the Wallace family have decided it’s time to sell and have come to the ranch including the first to arrive, Tate Sheridan, who Annie once had a crush on.

    I have read quite a few of RaeAnne Thayne’s books in the past and had enjoyed them all so I was excited to dive into this new Christmas offering. Just as I had expected I quickly fell in love with the characters and the setting as I settled into a fun time. There was plenty of Christmas-sy activities to bring the season to life along the way which I always enjoy this time of year and a lot to feel good about when it came to the characters and family. Definitely a heartwarming story worth the read.

    I received an advance copy from the publisher via NetGalley.

    Christmas 2022 - Very Nice!

    This lovely, heartwarming romance set on a Wyoming ranch was a perfect finish to my overall successful Christmas-palooza 2022 reading marathon. I loved all of the characters and teared up quite a few times. The happy endings were satisfying and well deserved.

    Annelise McCade is back at Angel's View Ranch after a decade away, hired in as caretaker. She’s moved back to Wyoming to help her widowed brother after a series of bad choices lands him in jail with no one to care for his six-year-old twins. It doesn’t seem like a problem to have the twins stay with her at the sprawling ranch since the Sheridan’s rarely visit. However, with the passing of Wallace, the Sheridan’s patriarch, and they all descend with plans to scatter his ashes at the place he loved most.

    Without advance warning of the family’s visit there’s no time to hire in more help and so Annelise and Tate Sheridan, her childhood crush and new Sheridan leader, band together to accommodate and care for his extended family. Tate, Annelise and the twins scramble to turn Angel's View Ranch into a welcoming Christmas getaway to ease some of the grief they all feel with Wallace’s death. Annelise as a young girl crushed on Tate when he’d come visit over the Summers while growing up, and those feelings come back stronger than ever as they work together.

    Tate and his family endured the loss of his father in a horseback riding accident on the Ranch years back. Visiting brought back all the grief, so Tate, his sister and mother just stopped visiting. Coming back for his grandfather’s service gives his family a chance to face the past, heal wounds and overcome the guilt they’ve felt. Having Annelise’s help and support is everything and Tate’s finds himself falling for her a little more with every moment they spend together.

    Sleigh Bells Ring
    was a heartwarming story with not one, but two romances! Annelise’s twin niece and nephew were adorable, and there were plenty of winter wonderland activities that filled me with joy! While there is romance, I feel like there was a lot more going on. I enjoyed the imperfect journey of all the characters. Healing after guilt and grief with the support of family and friends was a central focus making for an uplifting, lovely holiday story! Definite Hallmark Movie vibes here!

    Wonderful Christmas story! Classic RaeAnne. Loved the romance (always need more 😉) and now I want to go on a vacation at Angel View!

    So much love for this one!
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Second chance romance is such a fabulous trope. Especially when everything is completely unexpected and seems almost random. But with the Christmas spirit surrounding this story, this romance story is amazing.
    The author just hit it right with perfect balance and many different layers going on in the story. There is stress and emotion, people struggling with so many different issues, avenues of complex feelings and healings. But the author just spun it all into a beautiful, light hearted tale with her wonderfully deep characterization.
    It would be easy to allow the characters to be cranky or upset all the time with everything surrounding the storyline. But Thayne took the highroad and brought us a totally endearing and touching story that was a delight to read. Her characters were refreshing, very likable, kind and caring which totally made all the difference.
    I just love watching the development of the blossoming romance. In Sleigh Bells Ring, we get not one, but two separate love interests. This is a clean romance that offers an endearing story that is heartfelt and just so darn awesome. This is the book to grab when you snuggle in, turn up the fire, and just escape.
    Thayne is becoming a definite go-to, one-click read for me. I love her deep, compassionate, romantic stories that leave your heart singing and a huge smile for days! I have so much love for this one!
    SLEIGH BELLS RING is such a lovely story. RaeAnne Thayne does it again and again, delivering a sweet, warm Christmas romance that just tugs on your heartstrings and stays with you long after it’s done. I really enjoyed the pace of the wonderful story. I felt that it moved just right, especially for a holiday read as we move into discovering a secret that Tate is hiding and how he steps up to the plate to fix his past mistakes.
    SLEIGH BELLS RING is only the sixth book I have read of RaeAnne Thayne’s but after reading it, I’m excited to search out her other books and read all of those too. The only family Annie has is her brother Wes and he is a hot mess. Wes’ wife passed away a year ago and it sends him off the deep end of the cliff. After so many run-ins with the law he is sentenced to thirty days in the county jail. They all live in a small, close knit town and the judge is hoping that being away from his two children during the holidays would be a wake-up call. RaeAnne Thayne has a way of pulling you right in and getting you emotionally invested into the characters lives. My heart was breaking for Alice and Henry and all that they had been through. I was cheering for Annie and Tate and at the same time, giggling out loud with the comments they made at each other.
    RaeAnne Thayne is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. Her writing is so warm and her characters are all believable. Once you start reading, you aren’t going to be able to stop. A family coming together at Christmas time…….what more could you ask for? I thought I knew how SLEIGH BELLS RING was going to end but I sure was wrong! I’m looking forward to reading more by this wonderful and heart tugging author!
    I received a complimentary copy of this book from Harlequin through Netgalley. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
    This was a cute holiday read. I enjoyed the sweet romance and I loved the twins. It was great how Thayne touched on addiction and how everyone comes together to lift those up who suffer from it. I recommend this fast, fun read.
  • Jacob Proffitt
    The library hold didn't come in until after Christmas. Which is too bad as maybe I'd have been more patient with all the cruft if I were reading it "in the season"? I dunno. As it stands, it was pretty standard RaeAnne Thayne fare, though maybe a bit on the extreme end of perfection.
    We actually have two couples finding each other in this one, so bonus. I actually liked Brie and Levi better, though they were definitely secondary. And that despite the fact the limited time worked against them more (i.e. their romance felt rushed by the time limit whereas Tate and Annie didn't). I just think their connection had more chemistry and that they fit better together.
    I had a couple real problems with some of the characterization in the story. Brie was the more obvious with her backstory of pain. I can't help feeling that rehab and therapy should have worked out some of the core issues before she got to the winter retreat. Indeed, stating explicitly that she shared more with Levi than anyone else, including the professionals who helped her out of her tailspin isn't the enhancer I think the author intended. For one, it makes me question her recovery because that kind of thing is absolutely undermined by lying or omissions—particularly ones that large.
    More subtly disturbing was Annie's obvious over-extension and having Tate praise what a great woman she was explicitly while he's witnessing her over-extension. Like, his admiration is attached to her making unrealistic commitments and being unable to reach out to her support network when she gets in over her head. This is not healthy or sustainable. And it sets up a pattern of expectation that bodes ill for their future. Like, I expect to see them in couples counseling in ten years talking about how his expectations are outrageous and he's all complaining that she's "changed".
    Plus, there's a lot of holiday charity in the story and having witnessed that kind of thing first-hand, I can tell you that reception of those works landed somewhere between "implausible" and "laughably ideal". Needs-based charity at the holidays is a mine field of emotion with a heady cocktail of shame and desperation swirled into the gratitude and relief. Which would be hard to put into a holiday romance, I'm sure. But it jarred a bit, even so.
    All that said, it's RaeAnne Thayne and she's an outstanding writer and I was never not engaged despite the things drawing me out of the story. I enjoyed it at least three stars worth. So I'm going to go with that rating.
    A note about Chaste: The time is short and privacy even shorter. So there's no room for sexual shenanigans. Brie mentions wanting some with Levi, but he's a stand-up cowboy type who takes care of his woman, so he nipped that in the bud. In a gracious way. So this is pretty chaste, I think.
    ** 3.5 stars **
    This was basically like reading a Hallmark Christmas movie. Kind of cute, a bit sappy, kind of boring at times and nothing more than kissing. The ending was a bit abrupt for me. Overall, not really a satisfying romance but a cutesy Christmas story if that is what you are looking for.
    THIS REVIEW MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS, SO FAIR WARNING, UPON READING THE REVIEW.
    Sleigh Bells Ring is the standalone holiday novel that is a recent release from this author. I am so thrilled to have been able to pick up this novel from RaeAnne Thayne. I have a feeling though this might be part of a new series though, I could be wrong on that front, but it’s just from the characters that we met in this book I could see being part of other books in the future. So we shall see what RaeAnne Thayne does here in the threads that she hinted at. I first want to say that I ADORED this book so much. It just worked for me in every way especially in the mood that I was in, it just fit just right. If you are looking for some holiday reads for the upcoming season, I don’t think that I could ever recommend this one enough to you all.
    Sleigh Bells Ring is a sweet, heart-capturing read that features a mix of characters that will captivate your heart. We have two pairings that will just delight you in every way. It begins with our primary heroine, Annie McCade, who is taking care of her niece and nephew while working as a ranch manager. Her brother-in-law is in jail during the holidays after a drunk disorderly charge which resulted from losing his wife. But now his children are paying the price for his struggles and Annie is doing her best in keeping their hopes up. But then the ranch that she manages, the whole family decided to come to the family home for a Christmas gathering, and when the chef ends up in an accident, Annie is the one taking on the cooking responsibilities for the whole family. Even though Annie grew up with the Sheridan’s, she still feels intimidated by them. She has been half in love with Tate Sheridan, the oldest sibling and the one that has taken over his father and grandfather’s responsibilities in the company. While Tate and Annie are reconnecting with each other through the holidays…..there is another romance that is sizzling between Tate’s sister Brie and the ranch’s caretaker. Brie has had her own struggles and is working on getting her life together. This is a novel of not just romance but of new beginnings and healing and the value of family connections.
    Sleigh Bells Ring was such a charming read and I couldn’t seem to get enough of this story. There was so much beautiful heart encased on each page. So many fun characters whom I couldn’t get enough of and just wanted more on the page. I will mention that this story is closed-door, so if you are expecting hot smexy scenes you definitely won’t find it with this book. I actually find this author’s writing to be so relaxing to indulge in. While she writes some wonderful kissing scenes, that is ALL you get. But I will say the romances that Thayne writes is simply powerful. The way she can write a romance and write intimacy without any sexual detail is truly wondrous because not many authors can write it in the way that she can. This book is probably one of her top-tier books, I have read quite a few of her books and I can say that this is one of her best in my opinion. It’s definitely a slow burn with a touch of unrequited love and a drop of forbidden. We do see Annie go through a struggle because she views Tate as forbidden to her. He has responsibilities, wealth, and a big company to take care of that is his family’s legacy so I do get why he would be intimidating but Tate is such a good-hearted man. You see how much he cares for his family and only wants to be a man of integrity and love that Tate and Annie found that they needed in each other. All the family members have such a unique value that contributes to the story.
    Overall I found Sleigh Bells Ring to be an endearing tale that will deliver in all the feels combined with the charm and sweet cheer of the holiday season, it’s a book that is guaranteed to tug at your heartstrings in ways that you won’t see coming and will surprise in the small delightful moments which will uplift and endear.
    My review is on my website
    www.bookread2day.wordpress.com
    As soon as I read page one I fell in love with story and couldn’t stop turning the pages.
    Sleigh Bells Ring has a magical Christmas to remember.
    Annie’s family were the original owners of the land, and her father was the ranch manger but now, Annelise McCade has been hired to be the caretaker of Angel’s View, by Wallance Sheridan, Tate Sheridan’s grandfather.
    Annie has her twins nephew and niece staying with her in the caretaker apartment at the horse ranch in Western Wyoming.
    During a snow ball fight Annie, and her nephew Henry and niece Alice are having lots fun, and laughing throwing snowballs at a each other, when one snowball accidentally hits the ranch owner Tate Sheridan, in the face. Tate is not happy being hit by the snowball and to make Tate even more angry he doesn’t know who Annie is. He demands to know who Annie is and why she and the children are having a snowball fight in the middle of his property ?
    Let’s talk about romance
    Tate didn’t know the first thing about throwing a traditional family Christmas, but Annie comes to Tate’s rescue.
    Although this story has a Christmas theme, it can be read anytime of the year.
    I have read about 3 other books by RaeAnne Thayne and this one is my fourth.
    I have to say I’m real sucker for Christmas theme stories and Sleigh Bells Ring is my favourite book by author RaeAnne Thayne, it touched my heart with Annie with her twins nephew and niece, who have all gone through a lot of heartbreak.
    RaeAnne Thayne has written so many books I’m sure that all readers will find a one of her novels to read, and I will start of recommending Sleigh Bells Ring.
    4.5/5
    I just adore the authors books, they’re a shining little light for me always and I know when I start one of her books I’m in for a totally delightful read. When one of her books is a holiday novel it’s just an added treat, she infuses so much holiday warmth and charm into her stories and this was no exception. Read this if you like: adorable kids, cute animals, an idyllic setting, family traditions and bonding and all the cozy holiday vibes. This was my first experience listening to narrator Stacy Gonzalez and she was wonderful, very engaging and personable and I would definitely listen to her again. Add this one to your December TBR or if you’re like me read it in October because it was so fun!
  • Andrea
    This is a new author for me, she was my “I devoured every single one of Robyn Carr’s prolific collection and I still need comfort reads” trial.
    She may just be my solution ☺️
  • Hannah Wilson
    This book definitely gave me those cosy hallmark Christmas movie vibes, and yes, there’s even a few cowboys and horses for those of you who like them….
    Let’s not let that distract us from the book itself too much though. The main thing that I got from this book was the overriding sense of family and it’s importance, I think Anna and Brie were the characters that really drove this home for me.
    Anna has given up her life in the city to return to her home town to look after her niece and nephew (who are just the cutest btw) and Brie is still suffering from the death of her father 20 years ago.
    They both find themselves on the Sheridan’s ranch where they grew up, Anna working as the housekeeper and Brie back in the old family home and also, the scene of her father’s death.
    Of course Brie is alone though, she’s actually come with the whole Sheridan clan and that includes her brother Tate (the guy Anna’s had a crush on since she was 11). It’s safe to say that this Christmas is going to be one to remember for everyone involved, and that’s before we mention the tree cutting and the sleigh rides!
    I got so drawn into this book and found myself not wanting to put it down, I just wanted to know what was going to happen next. You couldn’t help but really feel for little Alice and Henry as they’ve been dealt a pretty crappy 18months and it’s about time they had something to really put the smile back on their faces!
  • Gail
    I received a copy of the book for my honest and unbiased voluntary review.
    What an amazing heartwarming Christmas story. It will make you laugh and cry. Great cast of characters that draw you into the story. I loved every minute of the story and hated to see it end.
  • Robin Loves Reading
    Annie McCade would do anything for her family, including taking in her twin niece and nephew over the Christmas holidays. They recently lost their mother and their father will be in jail for at least a month for a DUI. He is really grieving and hopefully will be able to get back to his children once he is released.
    It is no problem for Annie to step in and she brings the children to the ranch where she is the caregiver. However, when the owner Tate shows up - and informs her that his entire family is soon to arrive - Annie finds herself in a quandary. For starters, she worries that she will get fired for temporarily moving the children in without permission. Also, the family is quite well off and will have a lot of needs during their stay. However, the staff is gone due to the holidays.
    How will Annie juggle taking care of the twins, the ranch and the suddenly and expected extra duties? Then, factor in that Annie has committed to a rather large sewing project will no doubt stretch her quite thin.
    This book had me from page one. In fact, I read it in one sitting. I don't know who or what I loved the most. It was all good. The twins were adorable, especially when you imagine their little voices. Annie and Tate danced around their growing feelings and I enjoyed that part being developed. Then there was Tate's family and the drama that some of them were dealing with.
    This lovely story was quite balanced and captivating. I loved that it dealt with sensitive issues (parental death, DUI, recovering drug addict) with grace. Of all of the holiday stories I have read this year, I do think this was my favorite.
    Many thanks to HQN and to NetGalley for this ARC for review. This is my honest opinion.
  • Erin
    LOVED THIS BOOK! I couldn’t put it down. Perfect book to start the Christmas season!
  • The Lit Bitch
    Is it even Christmas without a RaeAnne Thayne book? The answer is NO IT IS NOT! I adore Thayne’s Christmas books so obviously this book was an easy yes to reviewing. In all honesty, I had this one on pre-order months ago because I didn’t want to miss one of her Christmas books. Thayne is such a great romance writer without being overly steamy and I never want to miss one of her books!
    This book is a standalone but there are mentions of other characters from previous books that she has written. But I want to be clear this is absolutely a standalone book! But if you are a long time fan of Thayne then you will recognize familiar characters in this book. I read this one in one sitting and found it really enjoyable and exactly what I was expecting from Thayne.
    Thayne is a prolific writer and has written a number of novels (series and standalones) but for me her Christmas books are where it’s at! I have read her other novels which are great but she captures small town romance and Christmas so so so well and I often recommend her Christmas books to friends, family and of course people all over my social media! If you are looking for a quick, feel good holiday romance this is an excellent choice!
    Hello Hallmark Holiday movie in book form! This book made me want to move to Wyoming and live on a ranch and have a giant family Christmas! While the main story was about Annie and Tate, I was actually more invested in Bri and Levi’s romance and want a whole other book about them! Tate and Annie were the focus in this one though and they were exactly what I was expecting—honest, hardworking, thoughtful people. Tate was romantic and caring and Annie was so hardworking and dedicated to her brother and his children that there was no way readers could NOT fall in love with both of them. I enjoyed their romance and of course all the holiday magic packed into these pages but there was a part of me that was wanting more from Bri and Levi.
    Typically in Thayne’s stories there is a secondary romance that isn’t really the main focus of the story and most of the time that love story stays in the background while readers focus on the main romance. However in this one, Bri and Levi jumped off the page for me and I found myself wanting more about them than Annie and Tate. There was clearly a story behind Levi’s brooding cowboy exterior and Bri had a host of experiences to draw readers in. For me this was the downfall of this book. Without Bri and Levi in this book, the story would have easily been 5 stars for me. But Bri and Levi were in this story and for me, I wanted to read about them more than the other two which became problematic in some ways. That’s why I went with 4 stars for this one. I hope we get a Levi and Bri story in the future—even if they are already an item in this book, I think there is a larger story waiting to be told here.
    I adore a sweet holiday romance as much as the next person and Thayne delivered on the holiday charm and love just as expected. Though I will say that while I liked this one, I still think that Christmas at Holiday House is still my favorite Christmas novel by Thayne. This one was a good solid holiday romance with all the things that I love about Hallmark movies but there was still part of me that felt like it wasn’t as good as some of the others that I have read by her. I don’t want to dissuade others from reading this one as it’s a great book but for long time fans of Thayne, this one was good but not as good as some of her others in my opinion.
    Couldn't get past the first 50 pages because the dialog between Annie and Tate was so unbelievable. The conversations sounded like what you would write in a professional email and came off as robotic with no personality for either character.
    It's more believable when a character gets a phone call to have them say, "I'm sorry, I really need to take this call." Instead of "I'm sorry. This is the chief operations officer of one of our companies and we've been playing phone tag for two days. I need to take it."
    Or when 29 year old Annie answers the question of where she moved to in California.. "Sacramento, near my maternal relatives."
    Sorry, but are these two robots or am I missing something?
  • Carolyn
    This is adorable. Perfect for the holiday season. ;)
  • Ami
    Annalise McCade has to take care of her twins niece and nephew while working at Angel View Ranch for Christmas. Then the owner of the Ranch, Tate Sheridan, comes unannounced, telling Annie that all of the Sheridan family (who have been absent during the one year Annie works there) are all coming to give memorial to Tate's grandfather (Annie's previous boss before Wallace died). Annie used to know Tate and his sister, Brie, when she was a child before she had to move to California after her parents divorce - and she had a crush on Tate back then. Will this be the season for the crush to turn into real love?
    Sleigh Bells Ring has the same "bones" with Thayne's previous Christmas book,
    Christmas at Holiday House - with Christmas, kids, and even two love stories. First, of course, is Annie and Tate. The second may not take too much time on page - and it's about Brie and the ranch manager, Levi Moran.
    Despite the very close similarity, I still find this beautiful. I can't help it, okay? Christmas, people coming together, past pain and mistakes mended... kids and snow... kids and sleigh, there were even puppies being delivered! ALL GOOD!!
    Both Annie and Tate are good people - Tate is not another grumpy or moody main character. He is kind and he helps Annie to make the ranch acceptable to the family. He may hide his guilt and pain (Tate and Brie's father died suddenly after a horse accident, and Tate thinks he has something to do with it, just like Brie) and prefer to work at family's trust whenever Christmas is coming, but Tate doesn't mind working dirty. Annie may be a little too perfect, but again, I don't care, it's Christmas season!
    I wish Brie and Levi has more on-page time... simply because I think Brie deserves her happiness and I think Levi is the right guy.
    So yes, this is a comfortable Christmas book and as always, Thayne's romance is clean - only kisses and no sex (one review here said it feels more like Woman's Fiction rather than Romance). Another kudos for Thayne.
  • Darcy
    There was something about this one that really hit me. I often found myself smiling while I listened to the book, it just has a really good "feel good" feeling about it.
    I really loved Annie, loved her attitude about life and how much she sacrifices herself. Had I been her when the ranch owner showed up out of the blue, I don't think I would have reacted with such grace, nor would I have probably jumped into help as much as she did. The best thing about all of that was that Annie's actions never felt forced, just the way she was. You add that, plus her twin niece and nephew, who were adorable, it couldn't get much better.
    I really liked how the Sheridan family found their way back to being close at the ranch, that having to do things for themselves, interacting with Annie and the twins just enhances their visit, not made it worse.
    I really loved the surprise the family had for Annie and the twins, loved how it was presented and how it helped in so many ways.
    The epilogue was great, right on for all of these characters and all of them getting their HEA's.
  • Cathy
    3.5 stars
    You can't go wrong with RaeAnne Thayne around Christmas time. There were actually two love stories in this one, taking place simultaneously. While I liked all four of the romantic leads, I did feel like Brie and Levi's story didn't have enough time to develop to satisfy me.
    I thought they were well-matched and I enjoyed seeing them come together, but I was never convinced they could've forged that deep of a connection so soon.
    I enjoyed Annie and Tate's story a lot more, maybe because they already had a history and Annie's childhood crush on Tate was established from the beginning. The sense of family and the scenery throughout the book were wonderful as well, it was just a nice romance featuring decent people, which is what the author does best.
  • Jane
    Annalisa McDade had been close to Wallace Sheridan until his death. She lived at Angel's View Ranch and helped in running the ranch. The McDade's and the Sheridan's were closely connected. She knew that the ranch would now be sold and she had nowhere to go. She received word that the whole family was coming to spend the holidays one last time. She knew she would have her work cut out for their arrival.
    The only family Analise had was her brother Wes and he was a mess. The previous year Wes' wife passed away and sent him off the deep end. After so many run-ins with the law he was sentenced to thirty days in the county jail. They all lived in a small, close knit town and the judge was hoping that being away from his two children during the holidays would be a wake-up call.
    And that is just the beginning. I really can't write more without spoilers. I loved the whole family and friends and ranch help. They each made quite a contribution to the story. RaeAnne Thayne never disappoints. I loved every minute of this book and didn't want it to end.
  • Kate Olson
    I listened to this on audio and didn't love the narrator, BUT still enjoyed the overall story. It's textbook Thayne and while it's not my favorite of her stories, I managed to get lost in the snowy Wyoming ranch Christmas vibes :-)
    Two-haiku review:
    She's caring for twins
    He and family visit
    Both of them fall hard
    Second plot good, too
    All likeable characters
    Very nice romance
