I don’t care if Vince is married or if he’s twice my age. I’m gonna make him mine.

I’m young and fresh and pretty. I’m bouncy and bubbly and everybody tells me I’m gorgeous.
I can get any man I want, and I deserve a man like Vince.
He’s so dreamy, so accomplished, so powerful.
His pathetic wife is nothing compared to me.
Oh sure, she used to be a runway model, but let’s face it, she’s not that firm anymore, and the stretch marks are beginning to show.
Which is why I don’t even care if Vince stays married to her.
I’ll just have my fun with him and rub it in her face.
I’ll invite myself over to his house and make his wife prepare a candle-lit dinner for us.
I’ll cuddle and smooch Vince in front of his wife and mock her while she refreshes my drink.
She'll be lurking in the dark watching me and her husband.
Her jaw hanging and her abdomen clenched.
She’ll probably be excited by the whole scene.
Isn’t that pathetic?
Whatever. I don’t care. She can watch.
She’d better not do anything weird though.
That would be so pathetic.

Demanding Husband Reviews

Overall a scandalous, titillating book with so many raw, beautifully described interactions between all the characters. The husband and wife dynamic sometimes seemed to contradict what was expected of them. Once the mistress was introduced it is a roller coaster ride of emotions, but overwhelmingly erotic. At points it seemed the characters were brought into the world quickly, without too much backstory, where others seemed drawn out.

    Demanding Husband

I don't remember how I stumbled onto Viktor and his books. I've been putting off reading anything by him for a long time. This book ended up being the one I decided to read. The storyline and plot was intriguing but the way it's written is not. I read the majority of it, and by that I mean I skimmed through some of the pages. Claire was just written as a corny, immature, dumb 18 yr old. I feel like her character could have been done better and that alone would have made this a 4 star rating.

Sweet baby Jesus, If I could give ten stars I would! Viktor knocked it out of the park with this one. I legit lost sleep because I couldn’t put it down. I don’t want to give any spoilers so I am trying to be careful in what I say but… Viktor... good god man this one was legit HAWTNESS OVERLOAD! I have a new favorite, Trixie was my number one favorite but this one jumped to the top of the list. Trust me GET THIS BOOK!

A wife gets really turned on when her husband tells her about his day, and how he came home to find a teenage girl had broken into their house. When he found her she was sitting on the edge of the bathtub in the Master Bathroom getting herself off and calling out his name. He catches her, she finishes and then as she leaves he calls him “Daddy .” His wife becomes obsessed with wanting him to have sex with this girl so she can watch. She is so obsessed with it, that she completely shuts down everything else in her life, so she can solely focus on this. Viktor Redreich and Christine Chapel take the classic May-December tale and put an erotic (and at times explicit) twist on it. A rich, hot older man embarks on an illicit affair with a young schoolgirl. It's not just any affair though the suspense keeps you on the edge or your seat and wanting throughout the entire book.

*semi-spoiler* - this is not a case of coercion!
The authors do a fantastic job of telling the story from the angles of all the main characters, and how they see the other through their own eyes. This method has you emotionally invested in each of the characters, hating and cheering them on as you make your way through the book. If i could have read this in one sitting I would have, but life prevailed, it definitely is a "can't put down until I finish the book" and had me thinking about the characters and wanting to get back to it

I also love how the authors weave in characters from his other books, in a completely stand-alone way. It is definitely enough, however, that it teases you into wanting to find and read the other book.

This book had me on an emotional journey. I absolutely have to say that Viktor and Christine really put their feet into this book. It was well written and definitely had a purpose and goal for all characters involved. This journey was an incredible one and full of life lessons. I must say I truly love and appreciate Vince and Lorelei, they are a match made in heaven. She gave him the ultimate gift of youth and in return he set her free with the truth. I admire Claire in a way for going after what she wants, without thinking of the consequences. Ultimately, I love how she got what was coming to her. I do find it funny that Claire was able to open her eyes to Paige’s deceit, but not realize that Paige was actually her. I was so proud of Dino for being Paige’s protector. Most of all I found Kate’s actions to be the worst of everyone else. Above all This series was a shocker of taste treats, lessons and well deserved truths.

Having read a couple other books by this author I knew it would be more salacious than my general reading -- and I'm fine with that. But I had a real hard time staying with the story which was all over the place with thin character development and characters that just were not as likable nor relatable as in other books by this author. Within the story were some notes by the author that other books break out of points of the story to tell what this or that character did from that point and then a note explaining that this whole book was simply written in short choppy sections as he reacted to fan feedback and suggestions based on the chapters he would release one at a time. That's an interesting approach to writing a story, and given the choppy and incoherent flow of the result I would deem it a failed experiment. This is a story that the author needs to do a complete do-over telling the story of these characters with more development and a more coherent story-line that would be far more salacious and interesting in my opinion.

I have to say that I was very excited about this book. The synapses sounded so good but I felt that this book was majorly lacking. I had a hard time following the time line. Vincent seems like a self absorbed character who really doesn't have a deep background. Lorelei seemed to have more substance but her sudden decline once Claire came into their lives didnt make sense to me. I could totally get behind Claire's obsession with Vincent but again her character seemed the lack depth. Half way through the book, I felt as if all the quintessential ideas that are considered "taboo" were thrown in: Claire's friend gets involved in a drug/gangland situation, Claire's mom starts having an affair with Lorelei....I dunno, it just seemed to much. I was very disappointed in this book because it had such amazing potential but just didn't make the mark.

Solid writing, interesting story, meh main characters

This is my first book by Viktor and for the most part, I enjoyed it. It was hard to connect to most of the characters and the female main character was completely unlikeable. The male main character wasn’t too much better. To be honest, the blurb and the male main character’s actions regarding his wife and marriage didn’t align to me. But the story was fast-paced, unpredictable, steamy, and interesting and I found myself unable to stop reading until I’d finished it. I like that the chapters have catchy names and that there are spin-off stories. I enjoyed Kate most of all and look forward to reading her story, in addition to Bonnie’s. Overall it was a good first impression.

What did I just read? I've never read such a disturbing book. This is not straight forward erotica, of you could call it that. Vince and Lorelei are a married couple who's marriage is disturbed by Claire. A barely legal 18 year old. Immediately insecurity plagues Lorelei. Despite this, Vince gets involved with Claire and another teenage girl, paige. If the pedophilia tones wasn't enough, Claire calls Vince daddy, he gets her pregnant and refers to her as his broodmare. Lorene gets into a sexual relationship with Kate, Claire's mom at the same time. I could go on about the disturbing things in this book. I need holy water for my eyes after reading this.

Vince is in love with his wife and would do anything for her. Claire is a young woman that breaks into their home because she is obsessed with Vince. When he tells his wife about Claire his wife wants him to be with Claire. She goes as far as to find the girl and pretend to be her own husband to get a meeting with her. This is the beginning of some steamy moments.

This is a steamy story that will hook you in the first chapter and leave you wanting more with the last one. This is a well written and very entertaining story.

Hot and steamy and tons of action!

Viktor has done it once again! If you’re a true fan then you know Viktor is amazing at pushing the boundaries and delivering the unexpected—and Demanding Husband is definitely that! From vacation getaways, sex labs, troubled teens and a loving couple pushing their boundaries this book has it all. It was fun to see some old characters pop back in and make their appearance and a hot little bonus scene at the end was nice.

If you’re a fan of erotic relationships that push limits, kinky sex and lots of play then this book is for you

At times this book was confusing. Not really knowing how you got from one place to the next. Characters…I didn’t really care for any of them especially Claire. I mean being 18 you would think she was much more mature than she ended up being. Parts of this story just, I don’t really know how to explain it other than creeped me out. It was just too weird and childish, more like teenagers (all of them). I read the whole thing but not my cup of tea.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but it continually surprised me as to what was going to happen next. It was an entertaining read that had outrageous twists mixed in. The ending was a total surprise but then the book was full of surprises, some I enjoyed reading and a few I could have done without. It is entertaining for the most part.
