THREE US Marines seeking ONE wife to satisfy our insanely busy lifestyle...

My friends can be real jerks sometimes, especially when they set up a fake dating profile in my name asking for three guys instead of one! But then this incredible response comes through, and I just can't ignore it. I'm too obsessed with it... along with the trio of gorgeous photos I can't stop drooling over.

So I try to make a date with one of them. Only they won't have it. It's apparently all or nothing when it comes to these military men, and a triple-date sure sounds like a fun way to break the monotony of my boring dating life, doesn't it?

Only very quickly things become a lot more than just fun.

Troy is the blond-haired, blue-eyed American dream, a decorated machine-gunner with a tragic past. Everett is the dark-haired, broad-shouldered combat engineer, with a heart as big as his enormous arms. Then there's Forrest; a true, red-bearded warrior. Forged in combat, the bond they share seems closed and unbreakable... yet somehow they've opened their arms for me.

I'd never considered dating more than one person, much less getting involved with three! But that's the deal they've offered. No strings, no jealousy, just three ripped, powerful men with a drive and ambition that matches my own. Three brothers-in-arms willing to share me in every possible way, just as they've opened their hearts to mine.

Just wait until my friends see what they actually started...

WIFE TO THE MARINES is a military reverse harem love story filled with suspense, humor, and enough sweltering hot action to melt your kindle (author not responsible for molten kindles). HEA guaranteed!

Great story, well written, with a very believable life story. I enjoyed it very much. It wasn’t just all about sex 🙂

Enjoyable romp with some marines and a keep fit fanatic who cooks in her spar time and writes books, busy woman. How can she possibly have time for 3 marines.
I don’t do all that and I only have time for one hubby.
It’s fun a little tense in places and full of steamy situations.
    An entertaining read.

skimmed the last half. this was… not good. like 0 conflict??

doesn’t even come close to lily gold. probably won’t read anything else by this author.

The intensity of this story had me intrigued throughout the entire book! The chemistry between the 3 marines (Troy, Forrest and Everett) and Skylar. At first I was not a fan of Skylar. She seemed to be Ms. Perfect - had to do everything better than everyone else, and the way she looked at others sometimes rubbed me the wrong way. But once she came out of her shell, she was more likable and I was rooting for this little relationship.

Meeting these 3 men, changed Skylar’s outlook on life and made her realize that she needed to slow down juts a little and enjoy the little things. This is full of adventure, passion, steam, and will take you on an emotional roller coaster ride! Great story with great characters. I look forward to reading more from this author. I received a free copy of this book via Hidden Gems ARC’s and am voluntarily leaving a review.

With a title like that, I had low expectations but there is sufficient meat to the story that I was pleasantly surprised.

I liked Skylar's independence and drive. I only wish we had a bit more background on her to understand why she was so driven. Sure, she lost her parents and she thinks she has to make every moment count, but the way she goes about her life it's more like she's trying to prove something to someone or that she just can't allow herself to relax and let go. The need for control is kinda compulsive and I wish the author had come up with a more comprehensive backstory for her.

So we know she's not going to be a needy, clingy girlfriend, which is important for guys who are in the military and could be deployed overseas for weeks or months at a time. She's got a full life of her own and she doesn't need a man to "complete" her. Right off the bat I could see how a relationship between her, Troy, Everett, and Forrest could work.

I was a bit frustrated at her dithering. I guess it is realistic that she would ask herself how a relationship with 3 men could work out, but she seemed to be more concerned with society's strictures and ideas of what is 'normal' or 'appropriate'. And she had never seemed to be that type of girl, cos she isn't portrayed as a religious person and she also doesn't seem to be particularly bound by social norms of what is proper and 'normal'. If she were, she'd have a 9 to 5 office job or something conventional like be a teacher, rather than be filming cooking videos in her apartment and working at four different gyms as a fitness coach and nutritionist, and running a triathlon.

So her mental block about having a relationships with 3 men didn't quite make sense, and the way she avoided them and withdrew whenever she didn't want to make a decision also didn't sit well with me, because they never called her on it. She basically left them hanging, several times. It's something that she'd likely continue doing throughout the relationship, because it's a pattern of communication: when I don't want to deal with something, I go silent and avoid. So I felt that should have been addressed.

I also didn't like the way that her first time with the guys was handled. I really would have wanted a more caring kind of scenario for the first time, especially as they were talking about having a relationship and not just about having sexytimes for fun. I wanted to see the men lavish attention and praise on her, and then cuddle and give her reassurance afterwards, not just leaving her lying alone in the bed the moment the deed was done, as if she was nothing but another lay.

Apart from that, I quite liked how the relationship developed, except that Forrest was missing for so much of it. I liked that they encouraged her to reach for her own goals and pursue the next step in her career, even though it meant they'd be geographically separated for awhile. I would have liked to have seen more conversations between her and each of the guys about family and personal things rather than just the sex all the time. Also the fact that she has such a high libido sometimes made me think she's almost a nympho and made it hard to believe she hadn't been having sex for quite awhile before meeting these guys.

I had a hard time believing that the guys could buy all the stuff for their place in a single day. I've had to set up my own apartment; furniture and appliances, including bed linens and table ware, would all add up to a ridiculously high amount. It was never explained how the guys could afford this, whether they'd been saving up for a long while to get their own place, or anything like that. We do know they didn't get much from insurance after their previous place burnt down, so that left an even bigger question mark in my mind.

In the end, although there's character development on Skylar's part (she becomes less rigid about her schedule and stops pushing herself so hard) we were told this instead of being shown, and didn't get to see the change happening gradually. Didn't also get to understand what caused the change or how the guys managed to help her see that she should prioritise what she loves to do instead of trying to do it all. So the ending felt rushed and I think that's because the author got carried away with all the sex scenes that she forgot to also focus on the development of the relationship. I did enjoy the book though, so it gets four stars from me.

So I started this book because I love a good reverse harem romance, but oh my god I could not get past the cringe sex scenes. I liked the characters and the chemistry between them but come on “life giving seed”, jesus. I couldn’t even continue. I read A LOT of smut, I have pretty high standards and I will usually always power through a book that I’m not loving, but sometimes descriptive words aren’t sexy.

    Marines.!!×3 holy sex gods.

When your best friends sign you up for a dating website ,saying you needed 3 men. You think wait till I see them ,some friends !
Imagine the replies from some creeps. But when 1 catches Skylar's eye,she can't help herself. After all it's from 3 marines and by the photos they were hot.
The way Krista Wolf writes you get into Skylars ,Forrest,Everett and Troy minds ,and you can't help loving the characters, getting hot under the collar, laughing or crying with them.
Did I say it was hot??

Our female protagonist Skylar is a hard working woman, she loves what she does, however her girlfriends are jealous of her. So one night they pull what they though would be a prank, setting up a profile for her on a dating site.

When she checks her emails, she sees her inbox flooded with messages linked to her profile, she deletes all of them but one, surprised by there response, she surprises herself, by responding to them, and when one of them reaches out to her, she was hesitant to date three men.

Over time, she develops a bond with each of the three men Troy, Everette and Forrest, they treat Skylar with nothing but kindness and respect. They take the time to get to know her, and she them, going out on dates and spending time doing regular couple things.

There are times when Skylar is uncertain about what it is that she wants, but Troy, Everette and Forrest made it very clear from the beginning that they are a unit and that she is who they want. She soon comes to realize that she’s in love with all three of them, and they her.

Not once did they deny there attraction to each other, when they came together it was electrifying. The way they loved each other, there relationship forbidden, there love provocative, the romance heartwarming and beautiful, there love so passionate, they desire each white hot.

From there, Skylar gets satisfied, in the most sexual of ways, not able to be denied the unbearable sexual pleasures that she gets from each of her three military men, her sexual appetite not abating anytime soon.

As her career is taking off in another direction, she’s scared to loose what she has with them, they reassure her that they aren’t going anywhere, that they will be there when she gets back and support her wholeheartedly in the opportunity that she has been given. Given everything that was going on between the four of them, they worked everything out between themselves so that everyone was on the same page.

The different points of view told a telling story, each character bringing there own dynamics to the intricate storyline. This story wasn’t without the complex dynamics itself, I love how the author set the tone and pace of the story, there were moments where you wanted to laugh, cry, bang your head against the wall and shout what the f@#& to some of those moments.

This author clearly know how to write. Such a roller coaster of emotions, a page turner, the different themes explored were not overwhelming but were just right, the story was fast paced you literally will not be able to put it down. The characters are well developed, readers will be ensnared from the get go and it will have you coming back for more.

And those FM and FMM s€x scenes in and out of the bedroom were downright erotic, the language and dirty talk was filthy and such a turn on, provocative, naughty, forbidden, wrong, intense, captivating, deliciously wicked, dirty, hot, steamy, passionate, possessive, flirty, fun, powerful, wet, dominating and ferociously wild and there happily ever after was simply, absolutely perfect, it couldn’t have been said any better if I had written it myself.

SO naughty and SO worth it. Oh my gosh, ladies, did this book bring on the water works. AND not the tears if you catch my drift.

I started reading this with an open mind as this was the first polyamory relationship romance novel in this general area. I have read other stuff in other genres but nothing that has really come close. I admittedly had NO clue was reverse harem meant when I started reading and had to do a quick google search (I am now better informed).

Armed with my Wikipedia knowledge, I was curious how the author was going to pull the reverse harem aspect in. Obviously, it’s not something that just naturally happens. A “normal”, and I use normal in the most vanilla way possible, relationship, doesn’t stumble into a foursome. And although this was a total work of fiction, and there is NO man on the planet that can stow his jealousy enough to share one woman with two of his buddies in the way that was depicted in several temperature rising scenes, somehow the author pulled it off. And boy did she.

It turned into a really sweet and fiery story about a woman that was reluctant to engage in this relationship for fear that it would cause heartbreak for four individuals - herself included. She had a busy career life with really no time for relationships (ugh, don’t we all). And how do you pick between all of that man candy?

Well - I guess you don’t. They are a package deal. Each marine had his own character, and characteristics ;-) that made this fun to read. And the pulse racing back story just adds to the adrenaline. Oh and…

    Go Team Forrest.

Wife to the Marines by Krista Wolf ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨

The polyamorous trope is something that I never thought I would enjoy, but it has been growing in me since I started reading a couple of reverse harem novels. But few of them really capture the essence of each character and are able to actually create a healthy and yet realistic atmosphere like Krista did.

There are four characters in this story, we have Skylar, the workaholic personal trainer and healthy food guru; Troy, the playful blonde; Everett, the cat magnet and Forrest, the pianist. And all of them have a beautiful chemistry between each other, but specially towards Skylar. There isn't romance between the guys, which is sad because I'm sure that it'd be hot as hell reading the guys making out, but their devotion towards Skylar and their strange, yet beautiful, relationship is just breathtaking.

Also the loyalty and commitment the guys have between themselves is mesmerizing, the side story happening in the book proves that they have each other's backs whenever they need... Even when they have no idea they need.

In all, this book really left a mark and the bonus epilogue is just as amazing as the book itself, giving us a small glimpse of their life in the future.

So if you're looking for a great book, a steamy smut and a certain HEA, stop right now! Because this is your book!

I’ve always been a sucker for military romance, even more of military RH, but this one topped them all because let’s be completely honest, Marines are hot as hell 🔥 and there’s three❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥!!

“ᴛʜᴇʀᴇ’ꜱ ᴀ ʙɪɢ ᴅɪꜰꜰᴇʀᴇɴᴄᴇ ʙᴇᴛᴡᴇᴇɴ ꜱʜᴀʀɪɴɢ ᴀ ɢɪʀʟ ᴀɴᴅ ꜱʜᴀʀɪɴɢ ᴀ ɢɪʀʟꜰʀɪᴇɴᴅ”

Skyler is a personal trainer full of sass and feisty as hell, but she’s a stickler for what’s right and doesn’t mind calling you out on anything. She was a strong, independent woman who was definitely a go getter. And, I absolutely loved her interactions with each of these men, her playfulness with a hint of flirtatious banter with a lot of sexuality included.

“𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕥𝕙𝕣𝕖𝕖 𝕠𝕗 𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕞𝕖𝕒𝕟 𝕖𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕪𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕥𝕠 𝕞𝕖.”

Each of these men definitely had their separate personalities, but a combined passion for the woman they’ve chosen to share. They’re each tough, dominating, and most of all, protective. Forrest was the serious, sexy man while Everett and Troy were more laid back, enjoy the moment type of guys. Combined though, they’d make any woman’s panties drop with moisture 😉

“𝔇𝔢𝔭𝔩𝔬𝔶𝔪𝔢𝔫𝔱?” 𝔰𝔞𝔦𝔡 𝔗𝔯𝔬𝔶. “𝔑𝔬 𝔭𝔯𝔬𝔟𝔩𝔢𝔪. 𝔗𝔥𝔢𝔯𝔢 𝔴𝔬𝔲𝔩𝔡 𝔞𝔩𝔴𝔞𝔶𝔰 𝔟𝔢 𝔰𝔬𝔪𝔢𝔬𝔫𝔢 𝔞𝔯𝔬𝔲𝔫𝔡. 𝔖𝔬𝔪𝔢𝔬𝔫𝔢 𝔱𝔬 𝔨𝔢𝔢𝔭 𝔬𝔲𝔯 𝔴𝔬𝔪𝔞𝔫 𝔥𝔞𝔭𝔭𝔶, 𝔢𝔫𝔤𝔞𝔤𝔢𝔡, 𝔰𝔞𝔱𝔦𝔰𝔣𝔦𝔢𝔡…”

Omfg!! Talk about an overload of hotness and passionate scenes!! There were numerous cool down times needed throughout this entire story. Between the detailed descriptions of what each one of these soldiers did to Skylar, to the new adventures in the bedroom that occurred, the level of spice was through the roof! Krista brought everything with this one, leaving me more than satisfied!!

  • Dee

The addition starts with the book cover….yeah…yeah…yeah don’t judge a book by its cover they say ….well we all do it and this one here it is the scratch to your itch or better yet the filling to your oreos! Within the first chapters you get the panoramic view of whom you’re dealing with! Who needs enemies with friends like Skylar have they were mean spirited and they set her up with fakeness but it didn’t turn out the way as planned because fate decided to step in and take control. Skylar’s friends created a profile for her on a dating site which was okay except the fact they did it while she was sleeping without her knowledge leaving her to deal with the craziness of inquiries. Troy, Everett and Forrest sexy as all get out military men who was interested in her and responded to the profile from the moment, she meets them the chemistry is instant and intense, the magnetic pull can’t be ignored but she is hesitant (but come on who wouldn’t be three sexy as all get out men wanting one of you 😊) yeah that part. To busy enjoying herself to be mad at her so call friends because he three friends don’t give her a chance to even think about it. The banter between the four of them is refreshing but is it enough for them to work together towards something long term, how will her friends take the fact that she has three sexy men because of their (supposedly cruel joke) and can they find balance among the four of them to find happiness?

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Skylar Langston, Forrest, Everett, and Troy. When this book opens we find Skylar out for a run before she has to meet with her clients. See Skylar just had her birthday and for that reason she is literally running late that day. When she gets home from her run though she gets a message from her client that they can't make it for their session. She wonders why she hasn't gotten it earlier and notices her inbox is full of messages. When she finds out they are from a dating site she can't believe what her friends did while she was asleep. The biggest thing she notices on the site is her profile tells everyone she isn't looking for just 1 man but she is looking for 3. When the guys send the first message she almost deletes it. There is something about it so when she goes out on a date with them she knows she has to tell them the truth, she didn't create the profile. Can these 4 find a HEA or will the guys job and her schedule make that impossible?

Another amazing story from this author. These characters having you hanging on this story from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

  • Jill Haworth

Skylar is an overachiever that pushes herself to cram as much into every day as possible…but it’s at the sacrifice of simple pleasures like spending time with her friends. She has a full life with no fulfilment. That is until one drunken night, unbeknown to Skylar, her friends create her a profile on a dating app which states she would need more than one man to keep her satisfied.
Enter three big, burly and beautiful marines. Troy, Everett and Forrest are brothers in arms who share their lives together. They’ve served overseas on multiple tours and they’re damn good at what they do. They live together and now they want to play together. The conventional girlfriend just hasn’t worked out for them in the past but Skylar’s profile is everything they’ve dreamt about.
When they meet, they have so much in common with each other and have fun…that is when Skylar makes time for them out of her busy schedule. But she can’t possibly entertain the idea of being a shared girlfriend…until her ‘full life’ almost costs her potential happiness….
Another enjoyable and thoroughly entertaining tale with a sassy, sexy and strong young woman who is able to take on three beautiful men and keep everybody more than happy. Superb.

I’ve read many books by Krista Wolf and have always enjoyed her characters, storylines and the her ability to write each of the men and their relationship with the female character in a unique way.

I enjoyed the set-up of this book and the guys were all sexy and swoon worthy, but the attitude of the female character, Skylar, really didn’t appeal to me. In the first several chapters she comes across fairly cold and a bit callous towards her supposedly best friends and clients.

Troy, Everett, and Forrest all immediately caught my attention and made me want this to work for them to have a HEA. Skylar’s initial reaction to the guys wanting to all 3 date her together was a little harsh given she responded to their response to the dating profile her friends created for her. As the story progresses, Skylar’s personality starts to become more human as she embraces having a relationship with all 3 guys.

Overall this is a good book with plenty of steamy moments, it just wasn’t my favorite book by this author. That’s just my opinion and one others may not agree with.

I received an ARC from the author, and I am voluntarily leaving a review.

    Fun with marines

I like this book. It's a contemporary, reverse harem romance with three marines and a health nut. Normally when a main character is a cook and the food is described, I make sure to eat before reading. That is SO not the case here. I was totally fine reading this on an empty stomach. Skylar is working as a personal trainer, cookbook author, and internet cooking video chef. She makes fat-free, heart-healthy foods.

Yeah, so there is a ton of exercising and low-calorie, low-fat foods. Blech! Gimme some apple pie with a little butter in the crust. Some foods need a little fat in them.

Having said that, I enjoyed how Skylar tries to dates Forrest, Troy, and Everett as elimination rounds. At first, she tries to have a standard, male and female relationship. Clearly, she was not aware that she was in a RH story. Most of the drama is about her coming to terms with the polyamorous situation. There is also a bit of military action, but it is a sub-plot that runs in the background until about 60% of the book.

A few typos, but nothing too distracting.

Disclaimer: I was sent a free book and am voluntarily leaving this honest review.

I read the book description and as someone who doesn't shy away from trying a new genre jumped in head first to read this book. The author was new to me but I enjoyed her writing.

This book was steamy as it should be and the characters were well written. I liked it had a storyline to follow and not just pages of hot sex.

Of course, the author did an amazing job creating some very hot sexy men. Her description had me conjuring up some rather drool-worthy vision of men in uniform.

This was also my first time reading a book with a polyamorous troop or as it was stated a reverse harem. I can't say I hated it but it was different for me. The story itself was a quick read I finished it in one day. Once I started reading it I couldn't put it down.

My overall thoughts on this book are that it is well written, nicely developed character, is steamy as an erotica book should be, and is a quick read. I can say I was not disappointed.

Ok, so someone please sign me up! Send me a link to that online dating site. This is one great book. On top of having mind bending, hot sweaty scenes between the characters which is always such a treat, the story surrounding it is fantastic. The characters, while all so different are all so real. We all have one of those friends who's just such an over achiever at life that don't you want to take her down a peg or two? Don't we all have a friend or two who refuse to take our excuses and make us step up and be honest with ourselves from time to time? Don't we all wish were were in the middle of the hot guy sandwich? Ok, maybe that is just me... Krista always writes in such a way that it takes me away from my life and suddenly I'm the overly schedules fitness fanatic and not the potato couch... Though I'm glad to return to me own little couch at the end, so she can transport me to another life again soon.

After being out with her friends Skylar wakes up to see that they had signed her up for a dating app. Amongst the replies is one from a marines about wanting a relationship with her and his buddies. At first she's upset with her friends but then she ends up contacting the marine. Troy, Everett and Forrest have tried having a normal relationship with a woman separately but it never works out. So when they saw Skylar's ad it was almost like she was made for them. When she finally agrees to go out with them she is stunned but still has reservations about committing to anything.
