Love & Ruin by J.A. Owenby

2.5 Stars rounded up. This book had so much potential that it squandered. The plot was boring instead of riveting. Hendrix was so perfect it wasn't realistic. Gemma approached things really weirdly as well. She holds onto her secret and her suspicions about everyone and then she just dumps it all out at Hendrix's feet. A big SPLAT of reality. The was that Brandon just gets away with everything (the onstage assault included) and every girl on that campus hasn't banded together to set up as trap to record him seems ludicrous. The cliffhanger doesn't even entice me to the next book. I am not invested in this couple enough.
