No...Just no.

This book was just ok. I was glad that it was short because I do not believe I could have handled it much more. The heroine, Tameca, was boring and had a low self esteem (not all chubby girls are unhappy, I have some cousins you should meet). The hero does not say much in the story, but when he does, it does not add to the plot much. Pretty much from the start, his whole conversation is, I must have you, you will be mine. I think the story could have been much better if it had enough time to build a little depth. There is some history that could have been explored a little deeper, and how the hero has been in her life for longer than she knows. However, time does not allow for the author to follow this path more closely. In the end, you feel kinda rushed, you never find out what happens to the friend, why the people are so loyal to Marcus (the hero). There are a lot of unanswered questions that you feel would have added trememdously to the overall story. But, like I said, it's a quick read if you have nothing to read over a holidy. Not sure I would lend. TTFN.

I read this e-book twice, I do that when I read a book the first time and find fault with it. I want to be fair to the author and to e-books as well. I found little about this story to like and would not pass it on to another reader and my reasons are as follows:
1. Too short : I don't know if this is the orginal layout of the story or e-book decision.
2. To much of the story is missing, it seems like the story was cut up and only the beginning and the middle were left with a very choppy ending.
3. I didnt find the characters worth getting to know after the first couple of chapters and maybe it was the idea behind the whole story that seem to make it that way.
-24 year old woman almost juvenile in her dealing with life and the attention of an attractive man.
- she has no personal life to speak of for someone of her age group and seem to live vicariously through her "sister".
-She is controlled by her sister who later turns out to be her mother and that is all reviled to her in the oddest way.
That whole section still has me shaking my head. I really think this e-book should have been a book that filled in the missing parts.Right now, it is just the frame work for a story that hasn't been written yet. -
Okay, not an interesting story. Tami whines too much about being a women with curves and a virgin. She just lets Marcus have his way, even after she finds out that he kept her from having a boyfriend her whole life and she doesn't even think about the fact that it's incest since he's her uncle....
Besides the storyline, the story itself isn't written in a way to hold your attention. After a few sentences i wasn't interested anymore and I skipped through most of this, hoping that there still would be something interesting to find, but no such luck...... -
Very good read.Short too bad I'd have loved to read more. I hope to see more of the secondary characters!
