the start was actually very promising ! skye dressing up like a slut, turning up into a bar 2 have a gud time n 2 get rid of her virginity. what she was really looking 4 was mind-blowing sex n she got it wid theo ! well dat was the only terrific part in the book ;] it then went downhill. the author seemed confused in what direction 2 take the book. i was hoping 4 triangle including these 2 n cyril but cyril already had a mistress n was interested in skye only as a brood mare. neway it was awful n it actually gave me a terrible headache !

I can't say I'm impressed or disappointed with this novel. It is what it is. I felt more emotionally attached to the characters but believed it to be a little unreal. What are the chances that you would spend the night in the arms of a man who was your fiances son. It was pretty epic in that sense, I'll give you that but overall for the romance factor, I wasn't really feeling it.

Interesting plot, but the way the h was written in frustrated the heck out of me. The h barely knows how to talk. It takes her sometimes a full page or two to reply back to comments or questions….DNF. Annoying h.
Basic plot.
Skye(22 virgin) is being blackmailed into marriage to cover her dads debt.
She’s an (annoying) innocent, so she decides to have a last night of fun by dressing sexy and going to a bar by herself, where the H ends up saving her.
The H is the son of the old fool she has to marry, and they end up having a ONS and she leaves without saying anything in the morning until he sees her again at his fathers home and learn that she’s to be his stepmom. Lol… -

I've never been a big fan of arrogant, rich heroes who end up knowing what the heroine wants better than she knows herself. That being said, I enjoyed reading this. It was fun and the plot was interesting. Be prepared for lots of dark glances, smouldering eyes and harsh conversations with sexy outcomes. A nice, light read.

It was an okay read. I didn't enjoyed it that much. I wasn't able to connect with the characters. The story was a bit unrealistic and I don't feel the romance at all.
