This book surprised me with how good it was. The author made me a part of this book with the way she was able to make me feel the emotions and see the body language. It really made for a rich reading experience. I'm anxious to check out more from this author.
Natalie is a woman with a past miscarriage that was pretty traumatizing for her and which also left her with a condition where the possibility of a future family seemed impossible. Alex wanted a family, it was very important to him, passing his name on, having a family that 'looked' a certain way was a huge and major priority for him. Circumstances brought Natile and Alex together in an engagement, but with Natalie unable to carry a baby term, it seemed they were not destined to be. Natalie's teenage pregnancy, her inability to carry to term - all were obstacles that kept blocking Alex's dream of the perfect 'ideal' family. But the beautiful thing about love, that keeps happening with Alex, is that he keep returning to Natalie, this one special woman in his life, until there is no doubt anymore for him, no obstacle that he won't go through to keep her by his side. In the end, he finds it well worth the work and committment. -
A quick and fun read for those times you just want to see a happy ending..

I liked reading about the main characters' chemistry as well as how the book turned out in the end. This was a good, quick read.
