In this action-packed graphic novel, the one-and-only Super Scientist discovers the earliest cells on Earth, shrinks to the size of a cell, and swims among molecules. The Basics Of Cell Life With Max Axiom, Super Scientist Reviews
-
Normally the Max Axiom books clarify the science topic written about pretty well, this one wasn't as helpful for me. I think it probably had more to do with just how complicated cells are, and "dumbing" it down can only go so far. From this I learned becoming a scientist was not for me! My brain cells are not numerous enough.

The artwork is appealing in this book. However I found there was not much of a story to accompany the facts about cells. Really seems more like an illustrated textbook.
