  I have to say, sometimes these books can grate on me. So many times the speakers vacillate between talking to us like we're four years old and talking to us as if one chastising word will send us into the depths of depression. I understand why they're careful, I just wish they didn't have to be.
  
  That being said, I appreciated the talks in this book. So many (NOT all) were doctrinally-based thoughts that motivated me to keep doing what I'm doing that's right and stop doing what I'm doing that's wrong. I almost always prefer male speakers to female ones, but I loved what many of these women had to say. I may even read this book again ... :)
