Much stronger than the first volume, this book dives into Kazumi's character, exploring her introversion (a popularity-killer in high school) and her low self-esteem, which has lead her to see her sexual self as her best self. Her boyfriend, Ena, is slowly being revealed as everything Kanori fears, while Kazumi relentlessly refuses to see it. Her downward spiral is depressing...but also part of what makes this examination of schoolgirl life worth reading.
