At first I was going to give this only a star or two because there are not a lot of hikes listed in Northern Utah. Tooele county, where I live, only has one hike. Tooele county is as big as Connecticut and I'm sure there are hikes worth doing out here. If you live in Northern Utah and are looking for a book that gives lots of hikes in your area this isn't it. I kept reading though and there is so much good information about hikes in other parts of Utah! There are some destination, for us in Northern Utah, hikes in here that will be amazing. I cannot wait to do some of these! I found hikes in here that i couldn't find online. I just hope that directions to trailheads, etc are still accurate. It's been years since my copy was published and I know that some development has happened in the area of a lot of the trailheads.
