My Grill: Outdoor Cooking Australian Style Reviews

I picked up my copy for $8 at a local Sunflower Market grocery store. The pictures were gorgeous and looked like something that you'd keep out on a coffee table. Luckily, the recipes weren't a bunch of floofy non-sense with small amounts of expensive, hard-to-source ingredients. These were regular recipes that seem like anyone with a little cooking knowledge could easily whip up in the matter of an hour or less. I'm very happy with my purchase because it's just a book of simple food with great back stories and easy directions.

Out of the handful of recipes that we've tried from "My Grill" we've enjoyed them all immensly. The Thai Beef Salad recipe is the recipe that we bring out this cookbook for the most, but even some of the basic recipes (French toast) are worth returning for. The book promotes doable grilling with doable recipes with attainable ingredients.
