Once upon a time, I saved Marcus Constantines life.
Then he, Theo, and Ryland saved mine.
But thats not enough any. Its not enough to just survive. I want a future with these men. I want peace and happiness.
And the only way to find it is through war.
Were done playing defense. This time, the game wont stop until the blood of our enemies runs as red as the roses on my tattoo. Because its a different game now, and we make the rules.
More and , I think Marcus was right. Our souls really are bound by blood.
These men are a part of me.
And God fucking help anyone who threatens them.
This is the final book in the Ruthless Games series, a new adult reverse harem romance. It contains steamy bedroom scenes, violence, and dark subject matter. Please venture between these pages at your own discretion.
Sweet Salvation: A Dark Reverse Harem Romance (Ruthless Games Book 3) Reviews

Here’s the thing, I’ve read well over 200 books this year, not all of them were great, but I was HIGHLY anticipating the final book of this series for SO long and it fell ridiculously flat for me.
I accidentally started reading this series before checking to make sure it was complete. I’m too impatient to be left on a cliffhanger so I was really disappointed in myself because I HAD to know what was going to happen next!
I was invested. Point blank. Period.
Sad freaking face y’all
Here’s the breakdown..
*The Good*
— The storyline wasn’t bad. The turns the plot took were creative and while a few things were predictable, I wasn’t disappointed I figured it out before the characters.
*The Bad*
— There was a level of corniness in this book that I just couldn’t get over. Major eye rolling happened. Ayla isn’t weak per se, and of course it’s important to promote a persons ability to overcome physical limitations, but the level of corniness throughout the dialogue overshadowed the attempt to give her character the strong willed vibe that she needed to have in the world she was dropped into. It felt really forced. At least for me.
This was something I didn’t feel through the first two books.. like AT ALL.. so it’s really hard to put my finger on the exact reason I felt this way through this book. All I can boil it down to is I just felt a disconnect with her character this time around. And I re read the first two books before starting the third!
— Other than the disconnect from the continued character building I have a few *face palm* points that I need to mention👇🏼👇🏼
• I hate, LOATHE even, when in books and movies characters wake up next to each other and immediately start to get it on. I’m a stickler for hygiene, especially of the oral kind.
Hygiene is sexy, amirite??
So every single time there was a shower and no mention of teeth brushing, or when they would wake up after a full almost 24 hours of sleep, after not being back at their own house where their toothbrushes for sure are, and just start eating each other face NU UH 🛑 pump them breaks and take care of your muck mouth before you “suck on his tongue” girl! 🥴
Maybe these details don’t bother other people as much, but these situations definitely contributed to my inability to get into or stay in that trance like reading state during those steamy scenes.
I want to feel like I just can’t read the words fast enough and thinking about morning breath kills it for me 🤷🏻♀️.
• I also REALLY hated the way she handled meeting a certain character in this book. I can’t say too much because I don’t want to spoil anything for anyone, but her level of “stand offishness” honestly made me angry. I’m not saying she should have blindly trusted this person, because that would have been unrealistic for her character, but some sort of human emotion would have been nice. It was almost like the she came to terms with this character the indifferent she acted. She just glazed right over it when I feel like it should have contributed to her life, to the plot, in a larger manner.
Also the ending and bonus scene were just blah. Nothing spectacular.
I’m not writing this review to discourage anyone from reading this book because, let’s face it, if you’ve read the first two and don’t read the third.. you’re a monster. This review is honestly kind of me trying to sort out how/why I feel disappointed in the conclusion of this series. Also, maybe if I temper your expectations a little.. the book will turn out really great for you.
I honestly hope you enjoy it than I did.
Happy Reading. -
When Ayla and her three men discover that the game they have been playing has all been a hoax, and that Luca never intended to step down as the underworld leader, they must find proof of his deception and convince other players to join with them to take him down.
That is the story on a nutshell. The book contains plenty of sexual interludes, including some involving all three men and Ayla, to break the tension of the exciting story. Somehow during the course of the three books, I tended to forget that Marcus, Ryland and Theo weren't just rich but they were also involved in the criminal world. Somehow I hoped at the end they wound work to clean up the city's crime, not become part of it. I am a little disappointed.

This series was so good! Sweet Salvation is jammed packed with action. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time.
It starts out by having to uncover one giant secret, and as the team works towards that secret, another is dropped into their laps. I was not expecting that twist, but it made total sense. I was surprised to see a couple players turn sides and back Marcus, Theo and Ryland.
I loved the end of this series. I have been hooked since page 1 of Sweet Obsession and it gripped me until the end. I can't wait to dive into books by this author. -
Great story! Fell in love with every single character and hope there’s a final book about Caleb. These guys are hot and the chemistry and steam between them and Ayla is even hotter.
Loving this author. -
It was so hard to put down. I feel like it ended the way it should have, with certain things happening in the only way it should have, and relationships were built where I wasn’t able to see if it were possible it some how it worked. Definitely enjoyed this series and hated that it had come to an end.

. My own fault because I didn't read the _reverse harem , part. I do not believe polygamy, male or female, And I didn't Like The story for that reason. I wanted to know the ending so skipped through the pages of Orgies. The ending was sad for a child born calling three men daddy!

I am so sad to let my book family go to live their happy lives. I have my fingers crossed that we will hear a little about them in another book. Thanks for making my weekend Callie Rose!

There couldn’t have been a better way for this book to end. Rose is one of the most badass female characters I’ve ever read. I don’t want to give anything away but if haven’t started this series yet, 10/10 recommend. If you’ve read the first books, I assure you this one will give you all the feels.

Well that was just brilliant!! A story with so many twists, so much action and suspense, I just couldnt put it down!!
Loved these characters so much, I'm kinda sad it's over. But that epilogue was just perfection!! -
Another great book well written and a great cast of characters and story line hooked from the start I couldn't put it down a brilliant series
