Justin Trudeau’s term as prime minister has been a disaster, but you wouldn’t know it if your only source of news was the Media Party — the liberal leaning clique of reporters and commentators who would rather take a selfie with Trudeau than ask him a tough question. It’s gotten even worse as the few remaining independent newspapers in Canada signed up for Trudeau’s $600 million media bail out. You just can’t trust the media any, and Canadians know it.Trudeau wasn’t properly vetted by the media in 2015. He slouched across the finish line on the strength of his last name and Baby Boomer nostalgia for the Trudeaumania of the 1960s. The result has been an incompetent government that has hurt Canada’s prosperity at home and our relationships abroad.Canadians know something is desperately wrong — the latest polls show 63% of voters disapprove of Trudeau’s leadership. But with a full court press from the Liberal Party, the Media Party and hundreds of third party campaign groups (including some funded by the same Media Party journalists who will report on the 2019 election) there’s a good chance Trudeau will be re elected, even if it’s with just a minority. That’s what this book is about: it’s really the case against Justin Trudeau. But it’s not about any one policy or gaffe. It’s about the real risk of Trudeau: the culture of corruption and cronyism that he has brought with him, that’s corroding our democracy and even our rule of law. The Libranos is the story of grifters and scammers and secret favours for friends. It’s about sociopaths who don’t hesitate for a second to break the law if it gets them ahead. But mainly it’s about an unaccomplished man who has nothing to offer but a famous last name and nice hair — and how he took power anyway, and might just do it again.

I bought this book because of the two RCMP harassing Levant. Good on him for recording their session. Although a lot of this was already known, I am horrified how this narcissist and his fawning bobbleheads set out to destroy people who have the strength to stand up to them. The book has piles of footnotes and references. Too bad the mainstream media took his buyout money. The fact they wanted to licence the media to control it is alarming. How anyone wanted four years of cronyism and corruption is beyond me. Good job, Ezra!

Provides greater detail related to issues that media report on but do not provide the detail. A good short read.

Strongly recommend all Canucks read this book. It really confirms how corrupt and dictatorial Trudeaux really is. The book title is made up from 'Liberal' and 'Sopranos' the fictional NY Mafia family. It's a shocking indictment of a corrupt dictator and a corrupt government. If the Canucks vote him in again, they deserve all the get. Definitely an enlightening book and confirms why Trudeaux used the RCMP against the author to scare him off.

This book is an eye opener! The corruption and hypocrisy it describes are horrendous. The gist of the book is that Justin Trudeau's unscrupulous conduct as Prime Minister should be a grave concern for all Canadian voters.

Well written and succinct, this book is an easy read. Essentially, it is a shocking account of Trudeau's various scandals, as reported in recent years by the Canadian news media. Citing those sources with almost 300 footnotes, this book makes the case against Trudeau credibly and persuasively.

As for Trudeau's achievements, they are barely mentioned. That is likely because the author disagrees with Trudeau's agenda, given his focus on blocking Canadian oil production, and promoting Cultural Marxism, radical feminism, transgender ideology, and identity politics.

Granted, the Trudeau Liberals did legalize marijuana, which for years had been a contentious issue distracting Canadians from urgent political matters. Regardless, the author clearly considers Justin Trudeau a failed prime minister, having accomplished little of any value for ordinary Canadians.

The urgency implied by this book is that, despite Trudeau's incompetence and egregious scandals, his handsome, boyish charm will convince Canadian voters to re elect him as their leader. It is to counterbalance this "Trudeau mania" that the author has written this book, it seems. Essentially, this book challenges Canadians to use their heads, not their hearts, and carefully consider whether such an apparently corrupt, incompetent politician should be entrusted with another term as Prime Minister.

Overall, despite its anti Trudeau bias, this book is credible and convincing. Reading it should be a top priority for anyone interested in Canadian politics.

The Trudeau government's corruption, incompetence, and dereliction of duty is utterly abhorrent. Thank you Ezra and the Rebel for fighting the good fight.

Gerald Butts has single handedly cause economic hardship for Canadians that any entity in the history of the country. His Liberals deliberately lie, cheat and mislead Canadians. It's about time someone wrote about it!

Ezra's books are always great this one is no exception. Read the story Canada's news organizations have been bribed to cover up.

I pride myself on putting effort into viewing issues from all angles; this book helps to do just that. It is sad the level of doublespeak and censorship that this government has unertaken. When Trudeau ran, he ran on several issues, two of which were accountability and transparency. I agreed at the time, although I did not support him. Who would have seen this!
