I don't leave terrible reviews but i had to make an exception for this book.Right out of the box it looked beat up with lots of dirty spots, not good at all considered it is supposed to be new.Book itself is a good read.

Holy Pizza! A great source of practical info and fine recipes.

It should be mentioned that this is a lot in depth than most recipe books, mainly because of the subject matter pizzas The Pizza Bible could probably be used by a reader to set up their own Italian restaurant, as it covers everything from making pizza dough and pizzas of all kinds to casing sausages, putting together meatballs and mixing up cocktails.Time and utensils are the biggest investments to make; the 'tutorial' recipe makes two pizzas and takes 3 days (if you follow the recipe), but it really is worth it in the end and you'll be all set for making pizzas of all kinds after the initial trial. As a UK baker/cook, I'm also pleased to note that the measurements are (mostly) in grams, rather than the notoriously nebulous 'cups' system often found US recipes. The short answer the perfect book for any aspiring pizza maker, who has plenty of time to get to know their doughs.

I've spent 30 years working on my pizza making skills and yet I knew nothing compared to the knowledge in the book There are so many great ideas here, and you'll knock out your guests if you throw a pizza party with some of these recipes Worth buying for the 'no cook' sauce recipe and home made sausage recipes alone, this book will expand your repertoire will raise your pizza game.

Everything humanly possible about making pizza I gifted it to my son for when he visits us in Spain and uses our outdoor pizza oven Far too in depth for an oldie like me, but don’t take that as negative about the book Following the book to the letter my son’s neopolitan pizzas are out of this world.
