An excellent manual with super photos ,written by enthusiasts. I would have liked to have seen a separate chapter on how the VVC worked. I was surprised to learn it was an Automotive Products design.

Not the authority I was expecting, just seems to be lots of pictures of how I changed my head gasket etc. I would have expected it to be much technical. You can Google this stuff!
