At the events around our book 'Der skandinavische Weg der Führung' I am asked from time to time which further literature I can recommend for example to political backgrounds or migration related developments in the Scandinavian countries.
The book 'Almost Perfect' by David Crouch offers an up to date insight into the situation in Sweden and lots of interesting information about work, life and politics. I was particularly interested in the explanations given to the action of the unions, which in Sweden are not trying to obtain long outdated jobs, but rather empower their members to acquire skills for the future of work. Very good reading for autumn reading hours!
