I need help!!!! I try a few times to send back the book and a don’t now how to do it!!!

When highlighting a passage, the book shuts down and I have reopen it again. It seems to only do it when I highlight the citation name. We tried to reboot, turned everything off and restarted it and it still does it. Seems like it may have a bug.
