    My 6 year old tends to question household habits like, "Don't go to bed too late," or, "You need some protein/vegetables, etc." She's perfectly willing to go along as long as she knows why, and I realized I only had a vague understanding of why. This book was perfect for teaching both of us exactly why she needed to cut down on sugar (and screen time), eat fresh produce, and go to bed earlier. The format was digestible and she enjoyed listening to me read the information. The author's tone was very engaging and informative. Highly recommend for those with 6 year olds and older!
