Learning Evidence: From the Federal Rules to the Courtroom (Learning Series) Reviews

This text book isn't a case book. Short squibs of cases are used to illustrate the legal concepts. One of the best books I've had in law school. As a 1L it's important to know how to read cases and decipher the law. But now that that skills has been learned, it's nice to have a book that pulls it all together for me in one place. My professor has been teaching for nearly 20 years and switched to this book a few years ago and thinks it's the greatest thing since the Constitution.

A great book has an access code which provides access to a variety of online sources. Great for studying including quizzes and simulations. Definitely a great book to learn evidence through. The book breaks down the rules and gives great courtroom examples.

I like this book but I hate Evidence law.

If you're buying this, you probably don't have a choice, but the examples in this book are great. Lots of not so hidden pop culture references. Actually very readable!
