We ordered this for Valentine’s Day and while we’ve only done one session so far, it was set up well and easy to use. Highly recommend for a couple wanting to play D&D together!

Like others have noted, the module takes away one of the core pieces of D&D for a player, creating your character. Otherwise a fun module.

My wife and I bought this Date Night Dungeon adventure as part of the Kickstarter campaign, and it was an absolute blast. As another review mentioned, there were a few typos, and we spotted the plot twist right away— but we still had a lot of fun playing this together for a Valentine’s date week (admittedly it ran longer than each session was meant to — but that was due to our apparent inability to read ahead before DMing, not due to any issues with the source material). The character backstories were detailed enough to be interesting without the player feeling railroaded, and the “romance” mechanic was great and left some room for creative interpretation. We’re looking forward to the next adventure put out by these creators!

I am just a beginner to RPG, my partner is a pro doing it for years. Bought this for our anniversary to surprise him. It was easy for me to lead. Being able to do what he loves and what I am falling in love together was so great! We both enjoyed the adventure.

Great RPG! We got it just in time for Valentine's day and had a lot of fun with it. It combines romance and story elements perfectly. I'm fairly new to RPGs and everything was easy to understand paired with the 5e rules.

This was a awesome new twist on the DnD game. It is a fun way for Those of us who Love DND to take a personal approach with our partner. Players can alternate who DM's or one person can DM and still have fun. The Scene is set in the DateNight dungeon leaving the details to the Players to discover together. Both players get to role play a character and though choices and the luck or lack of luck in the dice, see if you fine a happy ending together. i recommend this for any DND lover who wants to encourage their partner to play, or a couple who want to enjoy a game night with just the two of them for once.
